Fantastic service. Had a pair of Hoka's I purchased in June 2022 from them. Had an issue with creaking sole.
After sending photo they agreed to replace the shoes free of charge.

Poor service, had a pair of hokas for about 3 months, used for less than 300 miles total and the insides have fallen apart.

A section on the inner left near the insole has worn away and just cuts my foot.

The upper mesh is broken and frayed.

Clearly a manufacturing issue as this is my 7th pair of the same shoe and none of the others have worn so badly and the issue inside has never happened before.

Spoke to hoka who said I had to go through NR, they just said it's wear and tear as advised by hoka.

Thing is, I emailed hoka straight after and they've asked me to return them for an exchange.

In my eyes NR just couldn't be bothered to resolve the issue. Was looking to buy my next pair from them but I'll make sure to shop elsewhere now.

Was fitted for running trainers at Northern Runner six years ago and have returned to them ever since whenever due an upgrade/replacement. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Upon the arrival of the pandemic I shifted to online purchasing and the service remained excellent, arriving promptly and of excellent quality. Would recommend to runners both beginner and advanced.

I was after a pair of running shoes that my local shop didn't stock. The prices are reasonable, the service was faultless and the delivery prompt via DPD. I would definitely use again.

Purchased a pair of Altra Timp3's through NR, these fell apart after the first run with delamination of the sides after one run of 9miles. I got in contact with NR through email to report the problem. They turned round the issue very quickly and efficiently and although they didn't have any zero drop shoes of the same level they did recommend a separate pair which I accepted as a replacement and are doing well. Thanks for all your service and I will be shortly purchasing another pair of Lone Peaks through you due to the service I received.

Sent incorrect item and forced me to pay for return myself

I ordered Brooks Ghost 13 running trainers and was really happy with the service received. Good value and fast delivery. Would order again from Northern Runner.

I made a mistake and ordered the extrawide running shoes after I’d realised what I done I both phoned and left a message and emailed Northernrunner.com in the hope that they would correct it. They called me back and amended my order, the shoes were dispatched and received within 48 hours excellent service highly recommended will definitely use again.

Ordered Brooks Ghost 12 and they arrived within the timeframes they expected. No issues with the shoes, great price and good delivery tracking (Royal Mail)/times. Recommended.
