Delivery on time. Window hinges and bolts missing. Some timber curved

Delivered on time, delivery man very helpful, had a small issue with the summerhouse, i contacted the office and the issue was sorted within a couple of hours.

It was easy to order online, we got a delivery date quickly and it was delivered on time, easy to put up with instructions manual and we are very happy with our new summer house.

I had good communication with the company for delivery date, they came and installed the summerhouse it looks great I couldn't fault the team who worked hard on a hot day. The summerhouse is great quality,very pleased

Good product nice to buy something from a firm that doesn’t go through Amazon not have to pay delivery.

Ordered online 2.5 litre paint. Got acknowledgment of order and before despatch received email to verify I ordered correct item. Received item within 48 hours thereafter. Perfect!

Purchased a small flat pack summerhouse, delivery was very efficient all went together ok however needed a lot of TLC with holes in the wood where the knots had dropped out, filler required at each vertical joint, handle didn’t fit door. Good value for money if you have time to spend on perfecting it.

Still no greenhouse, delayed twice now. It was ordered on 16th April and was promised within 4 weeks. No notice given but when we chased it, the order had been moved back to 4th June. Today we are told it will be later. Impossible to get through on phone. After waiting in queue, we are just cut off having reached first position. This happened 3 times !!

The shed was delivered on time and the delivery driver was fantastic, very friendly and even helped carry it all round to our garden, he is a credit to the company.

Summerhouse arrived swiftly. One panel broken. Informed Norfolk & swift reply, stating that they had asked their supplier, Shire, to order a replacement & suggesting I contact the supplier rather than them for updates. That's when it all went wrong. Shire are virtually impossible to get through to, long wait on phone, then get " no one available to take your call, leave a message" They do not reply to e-mails either. This happened several times. When I finally got through to Shire they seemed to know nothing about the replacement & they would get back to me, they did not! Norfolk did get an answer from Shire in the end and after two weeks of waiting the item arrived. Most of this was not Norfolks doing but nonetheless be aware if ordering a Shire product.
