I never received my order. I’m still waiting for 4 Micro Docks and no email communication or response from sereral attempts before I call my bank. Very unprofessional. For this highly NON Recommend ordering. If they correct this and keep track I would change my rating

Great customer service. They for filled all my requests quickly and easily.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong iPhone case and immediately notified Nodus of this by email requesting a return / exchange authorization. It's been several weeks and I have not received any acknowledgement or response from Nodus.

Only reason I give you one star is when I received my bill it was a lot more then the price. I understand shipping but nothing was mentioned when I purchased.Then when I tried to return it, it was $16.00 . I like your product but I feel ripped off.

Great looking cases with unique colors available and a very nice feel to them.

I'm looking forward to seeing what they bring out for the iPhone 13/12s series.

After using the Access Case III for two months, the iPhone remains intact while the ease of use is sublime. I no longer feel that I am using a non-natural material technology object, for the case radiates a separate charm, and is a joy to handle. The fold also serves as a convenient stand, while I thought that the fold would impose upon use, it easily folds over for single-handed holds. All and all very pleased, for the case transforms the iPhone experience.

I love the compact coin wallet! It holds a lot more cards than a traditional folding wallet with a lot less bulk. Very high quality and built to last. It’s great for travel as well as it keeps everything inside very secure. I highly recommend the compact coin wallet!

Would recommend the compact card wallet. Since I've stopped using cash this wallet is perfect. Appearance is excellent, and can hold surprising many cards. Also, key slot for my house key means all I need when I leave the house is this wallet and my phone. Lastly, the RFID allows me to pay with chosen card by just tapping the wallet to paypoint

Avoid the AccessIII phone case for the iPhone 12 - it simply doesn't work. It is dangerous as your phone falls out of it without warning.

I contacted customer services to ask to return the case. After 3 emails, I've still heard nothing from them. I think this may be a scam company.

Bought a case from Nodus in Mid August as part of a anniversary gift (leather is a hard year...). Case arrived relatively quickly but was damaged (leather was torn). I Contacted Nodus to make them aware of the damage and a support ticket was raised and then I heard nothing for about two weeks despite multiple emails and messages on Facebook messages. When Alex finally did respond he blamed the delay on COVID and the “incredibly high volume of messages regarding international shipping delays which has caused a backlog”. He provided me with return labels to return the case to them for a refund but low and behold I have not had my refund and they are not responding to emails. I have now raised the issue with my bank to obtain the refund. Do yourself a favour, don’t buy from this company. Other companies are able to respond to customers during the pandemic so it’s not an excuse to hide behind, it’s just shoddy business practices.

Shockingly bad. I ordered a phone case on May 14th, and paid for next day delivery. Since then silence. Their systems told me it has been delivered but it hasn't, and they've ignored all attempts to contact them - using their support system and email. Just 100% ignored. Thankfully, I used PayPal so will seek a refund that way. I *hate* the way some companies do this - just 100% ignoring customers is not a good way to run a business or treat people. Awful.

Bought a Shell case for my 6s Plus, still fits the iPhone snugly and can't fault the leather. It's aged beautifully, I've also dropped it on a few occasions and have not damaged the phone. Case has a few marks & scratches but nothing you wouldn't expect since it's 4 years old. There was an issue with the delivery by RM but the staff at HQ we're extremely helpful and sent me a new one. Will definitely buy Nodus again, love the company & their ethos. Keep up the good work Nodus :)

Have been using Nodus iPhone cases for years and can't recomend them enough. Best leather cases out there and the magnetic dock that comes with the Shell Case is remarkably strong even when driving off road. I ordered mine in when it was on Pre-Order in October and had to wait until December to get it but well worth the wait for a quality hand crafted case that will last. I have also got a Hifold wallet that arrived next day which is about 2 years old and going strong.

Brilliant quality construction, beautiful Italian leather that is aging wonderfully, and really clever slim wallet design with the key slot and RFID blocking. Despite what some other reviews say on here my order arrived in good time and customer service has been prompt to reply when I wanted to change the colour. 5/5

According to the website, pre-sale items are not yet in stock, and I would have to wait for them to arrive before they come. Very well. I paid for a wallet that was not marked as pre-sale. Also paid for one day shipping. That was about 2 weeks ago, and the order status is still unfulfilled on the order page. The one email that they responded to stated that the wallet was pre-sale. All other emails to cancel and refund order have remained unanswered. I emailed the supposed founder on LinkedIn (LinkedIn/in/alexander-boswell-b220231b/) and also no response.

Complete joke, waste of time and money.

I had bought a wallet from one of there reseller which was a good experience however dealing with Nodus customer service is super rubbish and they just keep ghosting you.

So its semi decent wallets that fall apart followed by non existent customer support.

On the 20th of October 2020, we placed the order No. 33758 for a Shell case II with MicroDock. At that moment it was mentioned that the delivery time would be early November.
Later on, without any email to us, they changed the expected delivery time to mid of November and now to mid of December.
During all this time , they never sent any email to inform potential customers for this significant delay.
Of course they have withdraw the full amount from our credit card from the first day (20th of October).
Totally unreliable and unprofessionally behavior.
