Frustrated

Have not received product. Complained. No answer after weeks. Complained again. Again no answer but a second request to review service. Here it is.

If you prefer unknown delivery times and limited communications then order direct

Ordered item in October and received in December! Impression was within few days for delivery which then changed as being pre order for November. Then moved to December. No response second email. There is NO contact number so left at the mercy of an email which doesn't have time frame for reply. Did try to cancel order but no reply. Thankfully did receive product. Would never order directly from the company.

Can't possibly recommend Nodus

The website advertises that in stock items will be dispatched same day for orders received by 2pm. I placed an order for an in stock case in the evening of 1st November, so that it would be dispatched 2nd November and arrive on 3rd November. When it was clear that it had not been dispatched and would not arrive on the 3rd November, I sent a cancellation notice.
I received no reply until a week later I was sent a dispatch notice and subsequently received the case (which was no use because I had to buy another case elsewhere). I contacted Nodus again, and received a reply on 9th November apologising that the case had been shipped and providing a pre-paid postage label. I sent the case back using the label, and have received no further contact. I emailed again on 2nd December to say that I'd not received my refund yet and request an update. Still no reply. So I'm out of pocket for £39.99, have no case and will now need to take things up with my credit card company.
I can't possibly recommend Nodus, I've never had such an appalling online shopping experience.

Sent wrong item, I returned at my own cost, never received a refund. I have been ignored for 4 months no emails no contact phone number. Criminal activity from Nodus. I just want my refund
