I placed my order over 2 months ago and my order still has not been shipped.

Each time I requested and update, I immediately received the standard automated reply that
“… Unfortunately we are currently experiencing a higher volume of traffic than usual and as a result not always to respond a quickly as we would like.”

Zero information on when the wallet would be sent out and delivered and my emails were completely ignored

They look like they are taking a lot of money without delivering the goods - I ordered in February, have emailed 3 times and still no response. Soon it will be time to put a CC complaint in to get them blocked.

Never received the case, and no reply from the customer service. Very bad experience, still waiting to be refunded.

It took a very long time to ship the product. I emailed Nodus three times without receiving a response. It was only after a threatened to start a Paypal dispute that the shipped the product.

Ich habe eine fehlerhafte Handyhülle zugeschickt bekommen. Auf Nachfrage, wie wir mir dem Problem umgehen wurde bis heute noch nicht geantwortet.

If I could give zero stars I would, the customer service is non existent. Good luck getting in touch with anyone to request a change or return. I’m appalled by the number of times I’ve been ignored.

Ordered my case as a gift two weeks ago, since then no case and no response to my messages - very disappointing as I’ve bought from here in the past and been very happy - would really appreciate a resolution

I ordered this and it arrived too late. So I wanted to return this. I’ve emailed Nodus three times to obtain the returns label , as per the instructions

Two email's to support for an order issue, and still, more than one month later, no response.

I bought the wallet more than one month ago and still don’t get it.

I ordered in February 2022. We are now April 2022. No shipping. No feedback on emails.
Avoid this shop!

Ordered 2 cases from their “clearance” email. Got email response of order, but nothing else for almost 2 weeks. I’ve emailed and sent messages over FB messenger to no avail. I’ve ordered their products in the past and had a great experience. What’s going on? Are they still in business?

Product quality has declined.
In addition, customer service is nonexistent if you do have any issues.

Terrible service. Don’t shop here. Package never delivered. No response whatsoever.

They require you to email them to get information for a return but good luck getting a response back. I never heard back even after following up several times.

Very good products at keen prices and excellent customer support.

Worst shipping ever and the case lost quality comparing previous models.
