Excellent coin/bill wallet. Nice looking, quality build and performs even better than claimed. I love it and plan to get 1 or 2 different wallets from them when what I want is back in stock

The case itself is great. Looks good, nice leather, comfortable to hold and a good fit to the phone. My only regret is that the magsafe does not hold accessories well. It works, but it doesn't hold well. If that's bot important then you should really like this case.

I ordered my product atleast 6 weeks back and I am still to receive it. I have no update on this even after writing multiple emails.

Paid for my case for my iPhone 13 pro max on preorder in February and it’s now mid June and I still haven’t received my case despite several emails sent for an update. Each month they just update the website to say it ships that month but no case and no communication.
I’ve had a case and wallet from them before which were great but I e been waiting for a case that was meant to ship in March
I will be contacting my bank to claim the money back

I pre-ordered an iphone 13 Access case in December 2021.
Money has been taken but product not received. I have received no correspondence whatsoever, despite emailing them about five times.
Clearly a company with no interest in customer service.
Does anybody know if they are still trading?

This is the best phone case I’ve ever bought I’ve actually just bought my second one after my previous one lasting two years I’m a site manager on a building site so my phone tends to get battered. A premium case for a premium phone

six months later and no email back, no attempt at resolution of their mistake (sending me the complete wrong item) terrible terrible deplorable service. 0/10. absolutely avoid at all costs. 100 dollars for a wallet i’ll never use after being directly lied to about what i was buying. awful. highway robbery. how do they sleep at night??

I purchased IPhone X Max leather cover. I had to remind them 2 weeks after the payment made and then they mailed it. The cover is defective and does not seat the iPhone well ( too tight). Useless for me since it does not do what it is intended for.

Didn’t receive the order. No response when contacted customer service on so many occasions.

The case rendered the buttons on my iphone non-functional. An unusable product.

Quality product, but customer service is non existent. Literally had to wait a month to receive my case.

No form of communication whatsoever, even after I paid for 1st class delivery.

The case is fine, but Nodus did not send it for weeks, despite the website saying it was in stock and would be dispatched within a day. Nodus also failed to respond to any of my multiple emails during this time, so I was left convinced the whole thing was a scam. Dreadful customer service. Absolutely wouldn’t but from them again.

Hi, product fine. Three stars because of the duties and handling fee I had to pay because of Brexit. I should have looked closer at your site. I would not have bought the product if I had realised. Maybe you should get an EU subsidiary.

Order took ages to come. no one replied to any contact no matter how I tried. No customer service at all. A month later wallet arrived.
