Waited 11 days after my order for a…
Waited 11 days after my order for a tracking number. Received tracking number only after customer service contact via email after a 3 day wait for a response. Tracking number provided only advised that a shipping label was created and the order was awaiting USPS pickup.... For 11 days! I've now waited an additional 5 days for my order, which according to USPS, has not been available for pickup and is still sitting in "Orlando, Florida". This order was time sensitive and now that time has passed. Every mail order placed by me this holiday season to a reputable company has arrived in days of order placement, using different shipping carriers, so shipping delays are not to blame here. My order has yet to arrive as of this review, and no plausible or logical explanation has been given by NipKit. They have two days left before a refund is requested. I will do no further business with this shady company.
UPDATE 01/01/22... So, as you see below, NipKit replied to my review and advised someone will be in touch with me over the matter of my order. It has been 3 days now since their response and I have not been contacted. Saying customer satisfaction is important and implementing the effort to make it so, are in fact two different things. As you can see at this point, 43% rate NipKit with bad reviews. I don't think I've ever seen the "Bad" review percentage higher than the good. Please everyone, beware when ordering from this company. Talk is cheap and hard effort is key.

Very slow shipping notifications
Been about 3 weeks since I ordered the jacket and haven’t gotten a shipment notification at all. It says the jacket has been in Grand Prairie Texas this whole time and hasn’t once moved. Was super excited to order from this company because the jacket looked very nice and warm, but the lack of shipping updates is frustrating.

Product ended up not in stock
Product ended up not in stock. I was only offered the options of choosing a similar product or getting store credit. No cash refund was offered. Nor was there a link in their email on how to proceed with next steps. "Subterfuge and hoping the customer stops trying" is how Nipkit plays the game.
