I bout 3 tshirts cuz my kid wanted, they advertise 10-14 days shipping. It took 28 days , they ship from China. I ordered 3 tshirts 2L and 1S size for my kid. They send me all tshirts size L. Noone is replying on the emails, so you just forget about any customer support. Now go explain to the kid ge wont have the tshirt he wanted. Terrible support . Just avoid this site!

Horrible. Purchased a kit 6 weeks ago. Nothing. Haven’t received anything. Worst, sent 5 follow up emails and not a single reply. Stay away. Scam.

On a recent trip to Japan I bought my son the national jersey. He loved it so much that he now buys Japanese jerseys regularly as he thinks they make the coolest looking jerseys in world football!
We came across Nippon Jersey and bought 3 for Christmas. The jerseys arrived quickly are great quality products. Unfortunately the crest on one of the jerseys came off after little use. I contacted the company and almost immediately they replied offering to replace the faulty Jersey free of charge! They also told us to hold on to the original jersey and we're incredibly apologetic. A superb company, product and an amazing after sales team! Would totally recommend!!!

My order of jersey has arrived in 4 days, that's amazing. I also so happy with the quality of fabric and live colors of printing on fabric. That is so so purfeccct . Premium quality wiht affordable price, I wasn't expected that.

Wat ik helaas jammer vind is dat je niet goed je pakket kan volgen. Ik ben mijn bestelling kwijt geraakt. Ik heb toen gemail en uitgelegd wat er is gebeurd. Nipponkits heeft toen een nieuwe bestelling opgestuurd op een anderen adres. En die is gelukkig goed aangekomen. Ben heel blij dat het is opgelost. En dat ze zo vriendelijk waren in de mail en dat ik nu toch mijn t-shirt hebt.

Excellent customer service! We had an issue with a football jersey we received, Nipponkits were very responsive and sorted our issue efficiently. Kits are also lovely. Would buy from again.

I placed my order on Dec 5. Today it’s 12/19 and still no delivery notification. They gave me a code which I entered on the USOS tracking webpage and there’s no record of the package having arrived in the US as Nipponkits claimed to be. Today Inhave emailed them again to inquiere about the status of my order. This is my third attempt at trying to find out what it is really happening with the delivery. Disappointing to say the least.

I ordered something but wanted to return it. It took a few days for them to reply, but they were very nice and apologized. They offered me the best option like I could keep the jersey and they would refund me 50% of the order, because the shipping costs to Japan is very expensive that’s why it’s smarter to go to this option . Nipponkits consists of an honest and polite team.
