The order I placed 2 weeks ago is stuck…
The order I placed 2 weeks ago is stuck in a loop of being sent out then returned to the International Package Office of Exchange in GuangZhou. Nobody is answering my calls and I am very concerned that I won’t receive my package or even a refund from Nipkit.

Customer care service
I ordered a unique beanie that was out of stock. Had to settle for an ordinary, but wasn’t thrilled about the option. Customer service waived the fee for me! Who does that these days? Will definitely keep me checking their site for future products. Give them a try. Old fashioned service is a beautiful site to see!
