DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They took 3 weeks to send the merchandise. Then, when i finally received it, the clothes did not fit (it was very different from the sizing provided online). I submitted a request online in mid December 2021 and never heared back. I have subsequently called and left voicemails 5 times and resubmitted a request for a return online 3 additional times. I have not received any response or communication from NipKit as of 1/5/22 (I checked all junk folders and spam filters as well). Save your money and your time - avoid purchasing from NipKit.

01/07/2022 Update:

NipKit reached out on 01/06/22 and asked for more information. They also posted a reply to this rating. "Here to help" --- Three weeks after I initially contacted them and only after I submitted this review. I provided them my Order Number, Phone Number, and Email. Again. I will update this review if and when I communicate with NipKit.

01/27/2022 Update:

I communicated via email with Nipkit over the past two plus weeks. When I asked for them to process the return, they offered me an escalating series of incentives to not return and keep the clothes I ordered, including a 20% refund together with a 10% discount code for a future purchase. I opted to return the clothes - at my expense - for a full refund. I returned the clothes on 1/12/22 after receiving the return address; the clothes were delivered to Nipkit on 1/19/22. Nipkit never contacted me to confirm receipt of the clothes; I had to email their Customer Service every time to request an update.

After following up to confirm their receipt of the items, they offered yet another incentive. Instead of a refund, they offered me a Gift Card for the amount I paid plus a 15% discount on my next purchase. I again refused and requested a refund for the items returned. They responded on 1/21/22 that they had "forwarded [my] request to process the refund to our finance team."

I reached out again today since I had not seen the refund or been contacted by their customer service team or their "finance team." I was told again my
request for a return was being reviewed by their finance team. I a not sure what that means or who is on their finance team.

I will continue to update this post... But it seems like Nipkit is doing everything they can to not refund the money for my return. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are either in over their heads or the have no interest in adhering to the return policy on their website.

Nipkit - Please look at Roark or Huckberry for examples of honest, fair, and efficient return policies. You should have this process in place before selling OR be clear on your website.

01/31/2022 Update:

Received notice on 1/27/22 that Nipkit would refund my order. This notification came after my update on this post. I confirmed this morning that the refund came through on my credit card. It took a great deal and time and effort to get in touch with Nipkit, return the items, and get a refund. Those who are reading this can make their own judgement if they want to purchase from this company or not.

I'm frankly amazed that you're hoping for positive reviews when for my order, a simple beanie, it's been five working days and you haven't so much as created a mailing label. Now, I expect the beanie to be as poorly done as your ability to get your merchandise out to your customers.

I made my order and week later they got a hold of me and told me they didnt have my size.

The problem is that your comapany ask me for stars/Rating before the caps coming to me at home. I can't see the quality or anything else but shall rating.
I find this is a little bit difficult. So please send the Ratingemail after the package is at the buyers and not before. And so I give you only 3 stars.

Everything was great about the product. Fit, look and quality are all perfect. Only thing I didn’t like was it took 2 weeks to receive

Ordering difficulties had to really pay attention almost double ordered until I saw total price.

Fits aokay. Material is not as soft as one would think from the description and pictures. But like what I got overall.
