Never received my order, no response from support

100% a scam
Placed an order on 1/16 with the InsuredCart option. It is now 2/14, no update on my order. The USPS Tracking number they give has not updated since 01/18. Called USPS, they say the tracking number was made, but no parcel was ever attached to it. NipKit claims they know nothing about it. Pisspoor customer service, save your money and avoid at all costs.

PLAN FOR SHIPPING
I purchased six (6) items online on January 6th of this year. My items arrived in two (2) separate shipments- Feb 2nd and Feb 6th. I was forewarned about that which was not a problem. I appreciate the quality and efficient cost of all the items i ordered; (2) pair of sunglasses, (3) nit caps and (1) pair of shoes. My only bone of contention was with shipping. I needed my items a bit sooner. When I alerted the customer service department regarding my concerns, they did respond in a timely matter. Moving forward, I will be sure to make purchases several months or weeks in advance of the date i need them should i patronize NIPKIT again.
