One full week later and my item, a single beanie, has *not* shipped yet. From reading other reviews, I'm concerned that this is part of getting around the 30 day return policy if there's something wrong. Wait a week+ to send it, and my window shrinks to 2 weeks...

Second the sizing where many elements are taken into account to ensure correct selection including a reference to famous brands which I wear. Third the ease of processing the order.
