I’ve ordered a couple beanies before and I just love them . Web site is easy to navigate and the quality of the beanies are outstanding . So thank you very much . I ordered 3 more today .

My order has been labeled as “ late “ for the past 3 months, I haven’t gotten any updates nor notifications about it. Would give 0 stars if possible will not shop at this website again.
Update: I’ve yet to get an update on my order, customer service number is not in survive.

Seen an ad for an article of clothing that was unique. I liked it so went on the page and bought it. Everything looked legit. Received an email confirming my order and details that I would be updated with tracking when shipped. It’s been weeks and nothing. Tried phoning and phone is not a real number. Have read similar things from others. Either a scam or just the worst company. Still waiting

Terrible Customer Service
I put in my order over 2 weeks ago. Haven't received any updates yet, and it still hasn't shipped. I put in a request on the site to be contacted as they say to do, and still nothing. I call their customer service line, it states they are too busy and to leave a message, which I did. Still nothing.

I put in my order a week ago and still have no updates as to when it will ship.

Edited 8/1/2022- Still nothing. No response to my voicemail or contact request on their site.

I haven’t received any info about me order, or when it will ship.

Great designs on both shirts and pants, good looking accessories, and the website is laid out really well and very easy to look through. Only thing I’m worried about is the shipping because I made a few orders almost a week ago now, haven’t got any shipping info since and I wanted all the clothes and accessories I ordered for my upcoming vacation, but I’m looking forward to getting my nice new clothes and other stuff either way.

Shipping process is taking forever! 10 days already and USPS hasn’t even received the items. If you like to wait place an order

Only my second time using Nipkit but I was very happy with their product and still wear it often so I had to come back and get more stuff! Looking forward to the new stuff I got and will definitely continue to shop their products!

I ordered two beanies and only received one. To me, the only reason why I ordered two was it made more sense since due to the shipping costs. I didn’t receive my black beanie I ordered. I’d love to get an explanation is to what happened.

Received skirt that had no velcro at waist or way to fasten it around.
Have yet to receive towel that was ordered. When I went online there was no way to talk to a person about resolving issue. Left message and still have received no response. Zero customer service.

I like the style of clothes on the website and ordering online was easy to do with no struggles.

I needed to make a return, but NipKit makes it impossible. Nowhere to request a return. Will not be buying from them again.

Honestly, I have almost no problem with Nipkit. I get exactly what I order and everything looks and fits great.
My only problem is how long it takes to recieve a package. So if you're you're no hurry there is no problem. Other than that, great.
