Fast delivery and amazing customer service.

Bought a Moti play from this site. It arrived not working and looked to be used already. Currently getting atomizer low on screen so I'm having to buy new coils and pod to try and get it working as returning anything is just a nightmare. Cannot get hold of anyone. Avoid if you don't want to be ripped off.

used these guys for years and gone downhill. They send e-juice that expired months ago or only has a month or so left (do offer refunds but want pictures of each tiny unreadable text you may as well not bother for hassle of a £1 - they should check their batches and throw away expired stuff). worst part is communication is now absolutely dreadful: "instant" chats take several days to get a response to and there is a lot of back and forth so it's near impossible to get a return/refund sorted if parcel does not show up or expired juice or stock issues: yes these guys have a lot of issues, and no they don't offer to compensate for your troubles/time. Basically after every order you get a message saying what you got what not in stock. A royal pain.

1star ok as prices are great but service is so damn bad I don't expect I'll ever use them again and don't suggest you do especially if it's just for e-juice (as it's likely expired or very short date or out of stock).

Placed an order believing all orders dispacted if placed before 2pm,
Paid extra for 24royal mail tracked.

Only despatched half my order, not received it and not had reply to my emails/chat.

Very disappointed where can I start. long story short got proof and evidence. Expired 2021& February 2023. sold me out of date products vaping disposable products. Totally unacceptable, took over two weeks to sort out eventually sent me replacements they were not good at all. safe to say would not you be using this company ever again.

I cannot in good faith recommend this site. I am sure many people have good experiences with then. I can only give my personal experience. After nearly 2 months of bs excuses on why my package was lost and then the replacement package was never resent , I was told I will receive a refund in a couple days. Maybe if you are in the UK 🇬🇧 it is reliable, but shipments to Europe even with high shipping costs seem to get lost in the uk. Maybe it was a one off, I don't know for sure, I do know, I personally tried to give them the opportunity to make it right for nearly 2 months. It is not my fault they messed up so I do not feel guilty for giving an honest review. That being said do your own research and decide if it is worth it for you.
