Meeting with Duncan at airport, hotel lovely and transport to Hotel and back to Airport, and coach travel to destinations always on time.

An amazing trip
An amazing trip. As a solo traveller I was impressed by the arrangements and the trips organised.
Duncan was there to meet us at the airport and checked all was ok with me before I left the Check in desks.
The hotel - Wsypianski was an ideal location for me as a 5 mins walk allowed me to be in the central square.
Overall a very enjoyable trip and I could not fault the organisation or itinerary. Thank you to all who were involved

The Newmarket tour of Krakow was excellent
The Newmarket tour of Krakow was excellent with wonderful organisation by Duncan our tour manager , he met us at the airport had arranged a car as we were the only people travelling from Gatwick . He did the same for our return on the last day .
We chose Wyspianski hotel for its perfect location to the Market Sq , castle , cathedral and river . The hotel was very clean and comfortable with good breakfast . They allowed us to check in at 10am instead of 2pm as we were on a very early flight , leaving Gatwick at 5.30am. I would have liked a balcony room which I had requested instead of the small twin overlooking the car park but did not make a fuss because of early check in.
The tours were so well arranged by Duncan who gave all the information to make it stress free.
I thoroughly recommend this holiday to others.

Newmarket Holidays Scottish Highlands Tour.
I recently came home from the Highlands trip, with Newmarket Holidays, which was fast paced trip, which I enjoyed so much, the weather was stunning which made our trip even more memorable, I thoroughly recommend the tour, but sadly you need to be prepared for mediocre and very disappointing food if you stay at the Coylumbridge Hotel, Aviemore, we spoke to Paul Palombo our fabulous Tour manager, who did everything in his power to improve the amount, variety and presentation of the food, and taking our complaint up to senior managers, but unfortunately this fell on deaf ears, to be fair there was a slight improvement in presentation, and quantity, but nowhere near enough improvement, more money needs to be spent instead of cutting corners, and someone from senior management needs to take responsibility to change the negative culture that has developed surrounding the food. But I want to congratulate Paul Palombo, he was an amazing tour manager, so informative, helpful always with a smile, he deserves 5 stars, the food gets 3 stars.
