Bought a bed from Ian 3 years ago for my daughter the service we received then was excellent from the sale to the delivery, so we had no doubts in returning when we needed one too. Ian served us again, he is very knowledgable. Advised us on mattress’s, bases and manufacturers. This all helped us choose the right bed. Highly recommend Nettletons. Excellent customer service and product knowledge.

This was the first time that we had shopped in this delightful shop but it certainly will not be my last. The lady that looked after us was so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for her explaining and answering all our questions.The shop was beautifully arranged and made it very easy for us to wander round without any hindrance. The staff are welcoming and the store has a relaxed atmosphere which allowed for my wife and I to wander around the store and view the extensive and quality stock on show.
When we were ready to make enquiries on a sitting room suite the salesperson Duncan Edwards could not have been more friendly, courteous and helpful with our purchase. This is the second occasion we have bought from this store and we look forward to doing so again

We were looking to purchase 2 settees and even though the shop was shut to get ready for the sale the staff welcomed us to look around. The choice is vast and products to fit everyone's budget. We were offered a cuppa and left to wander the shop. We came away with our settees after Andy advised regarding quality of leathers and manufacturers.
Not our first time as satisfied customers and will not be our last.

After making our purchase of a new bed we naturally looked around the main store. We returned the following day for another look at the lounge furniture. Again, Symone excelled in helping us chose the right suite and, equally the most suitable fabric, colour and pattern. It could not have been better.

Recently went in to buy my 96year old grandma a comfortable chair. The help we received from a lovely lady (symone) I think her name was , (unfortunately I’ve lost the piece of paper with her name on) , went above and behind to help both myself and grandma, which meant my grandma could take the display chair , and not leave her waiting for up to 8weeks, uncomfortable in her present chair.
Absolutely amazing customer service , my grandma was so happy.

Julies customer service was outstanding. She was so knowledgeable about all the products, we bought a mattress and a suite with her advice which was excellent. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, thank you Julie we will definitely be return customers.

My husband and I had been looking for a new lounge suite for a while, and couldn't find what we were looking for. A friend recommended we tried Nettletons, and we are so glad she did.
We are so impressed with the service we received. On arrival, we were given a warm welcome, and then given time to look round without pressure or being hurried. There was a great choice of different furniture and fabric options. Julie gave us advice and help when needed, but also space to discuss options. She also understood the requirements for consideration included a doted on cat!
Once we'd selected our furniture, we were kept updated on progress and delivery times. As our delivery date approached, we were given a time slot, and then a to the minute delivery time on the day.
The delivery men were so helpful, friendly and polite, and made it all look very easy. Everything was placed, unpacked and left ready to use.
The sofas and chairs themselves are so so comfortable, and look wonderful.
We are so delighted with the whole experience, and will definitely have Nettletons as our first place to go when we need any furniture in the future.

Shopped everywhere looking for a sofa to no avail , popped into Nettletons as I was passing , the staff were lovely friendly and helpful and to top it all after months of looking I found exactly what I was looking for …my choice of design is a little unusual but with there help we got there. , sofa now ordered
Lovely to get good old fashioned customer service

We enjoyed our visit to Nettletons looking for sofas and dining room furniture. We felt the whole experience was easy and free from pressure. The advice and information we received from Simone and from Ian was both useful and genuine.

I researched where I could find a retailer that stocked Hypnos mattresses Nettletons came up near me what a wonderful experience we felt like VIP's Symone was amazing she was warming knowledgeable and just great. We came home having purchased with her expert support what we needed thank you

The service that I received from W&T Nettleton's has been genuinely first class and I would highly recommend this store to anyone. My order included a corner sofa, a variety of pieces of Anbercraft furniture as well as new carpeting. My dealings were with Paul Bromley throughout and from the outset he was highly knowledgeable and helpful. He was very efficient in initially putting a competitive quotation together, and although it took many weeks before I was finally ready to place my actual order, I never felt under any pressure to make that decision. He was happy to make a number of alterations along the way to ensure that I was entirely happy, before going ahead. Paul even gladly spoke to the manufacturers directly on my behalf, to ensure that that certain configurations could be accommodated, which was a great help. When upon delivery, a manufacturing issue was detected with a seat cushion, this was resolved without fuss or any hesitation and was handled by Nettleton's on my behalf. Overall, I cannot fault the amount of time taken, the attention to detail, the level of product knowledge, the ease of communication and the overall service quality provided by each member of staff at Nettleton's who I had dealings with, but special thanks go to Paul Bromley. If you are looking to buy quality furniture, beds, sofas or carpets, then it is undoubtedly worth heading to Horbury and visiting W&T Nettleton's.

I have purchased quality carpets, beds and lounge furniture from Nettleton’s on several occasions. Ian in the bedding showroom, Symone in the main showroom and Paul the manager have all been extremely knowledgable and helpful. The products are always great quality and superb value for money. The delivery guys and fitters are polite and take pride in their work. Would certainly recommend and as part of the Stokers family, which includes Christopher Pratts, you will be spoiled for choice and surprised at the very reasonable prices.

Excellent service from a great company, we have dealt with for the last 24 years. We decided to replace our existing sofas, and Nettletons did not disappoint.
Symone dealt with everything, including taking samples home, to match our colour scheme, and sending us sample swatches.
Highly recommend this company for good quality furniture and excellent service.

Visited Nettleton's hoping to get some honest advice to help us choose a new bed, we certainly weren't disappointed. Good range of beds on display but the real benefit was Ian's advice and his obvious and welcome experience especially compared to some national companies. Ian provided clear advice when we needed it, explained the differences between the mattresses and left us time to properly try out the beds. The end result - yes we bought from Nettleton's and would do so again.

W & T Nettleton has a good reputation and a good customer following, always the sign of quality, customer care and fairness. My wife and I visited the store in Horbury near Wakefield to look for a living room suite and we were not disappointed. There was a variety of suites to choose from and we could wander around the two floor levels uninhibited. When we finally decided on the right suite we were treated with care and consideration by a very knowledgeable salesperson. We thoroughly recommend W & T Nettleton to anyone.

Visited for the first time to potentially purchase a suite. Our experience was 5 star throughout. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable, no pressure to buy, she left us to look at the various options and fabrics. The choice of furniture is great from traditional to modern styles. We felt extremely confident enough to buy there and then, and would highly recommend and will be visiting again. All prices visible are shown on their website where some other Yorkshire reputable retailers have no prices and state POA which is not helpful and has lost them our sale.

Large store with huge choice, helpful friendly knowledgeable employees. I liked we weren't pressured into making a decision, the aftercare of the products purchased was explained fully. Julie was really great and allowed me yo take the sample fabric home overnight to make my colour choice
