Our first visit today to look for a new bed. Danny spent time helping us choose the right one for us. He had brilliant product knowledge and answered all our questions without pushing us in any particular direction. We are delighted with the bed we have ordered and more importantly my wife she has chosen the correct firmness after trying many.
Danny is a great asset to the business.

Paul Bromley was excellent, patient and very helpful in assisting us to choose the right sofa. Really recommend this company!

We visited the store today. We were greeted by symone, she said need any help just ask, and left us to look around. Vast array of furniture. We picked a 3 piece suite. We had a surprisingly hugh choice of fabrics to chose from. Also you can get free swatches to view in your own home. Ordering was easy, British made. Excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend. Nothing too much trouble.

After recommendation I visited Nettletons on 5/9/25.
We were greeted by Symone who was very friendly and helpful. She directed us to the Ercol range that I was interested in but left us to look around the vast showroom at our leisure. She was there if we needed her but no pressure selling, just useful helpful knowledge.
Due to not having the Ercol sideboard on display she explained that they had the same design in the bedroom furniture which was perfect.
Symone accompanied us to the bedroom showroom which I was astonished to find an extensive display of top branded beds.
I was able to order all the furniture I required.
Ercol sofa, chair, footstool, sideboard, nest of tables, 2 bedside cabinets and a double and single bed with headboards.
The original prices were very competitive and due to the amount I ordered was given a generous discount inc free accessories!!
The items I have ordered will be delivered at different times with NO delivery charges.
The other staff were also very friendly and Paul’s knowledge of bed drawer position was helpful.
I would recommend Nettletons 100% and will definitely use them in the future.

We went to the bed showroom today and were served by Danny. He was really knowledgeable and helpful without trying to guide us to any specific mattress. He answered all our questions then left us to decide even writing down the prices for us to go away for half an hour to make our decision. He gave us all the help we needed without pressuring us at all. A credit and an asset to Nettletons - first class service.

Ordered mattress back in June 2025 the sales representative said I would sort delivery out etc finally come to my house on 13/08/2025 delivered by friendly drivers however I would have thought they would have taken the other way no not on the paperwork so no. This was not clarified in the shop to me just said I would sort it. Last time I ordered a new mattress from my daughter this was asked and got taken away I would have been than happy to pay extra for it to be taken away again on this occasion.
So now got the council to take it away in a weeks time. Having to get help etc as i have disabilities myself. I would still purchase from them in the future.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of visiting Nettletons in Horbury , and were well looked after from the moment we entered , not to intrusive , but a polite enquiry “Can i help” from shop assistant Symone , may I enquire as to what you are looking for .

Superb introduction and excellent manner .

Conducted our business satisfactory , with the excellent service provided, and a nice cup of coffee.

We have used Nettletons many times and Christopher Pratts in Leeds , always superb.

Visited the Horbury Nettletons store today to purchase a leather sofa for my sister. Excellent and friendly customer service from Symone and the manager got exactly what we wanted

We were greeted by Symone who was very welcoming and friendly. We were allowed to wander round the very large two storey showroom at our own leisure looking at the wide range of sofas and furniture. Once we found what we wanted we found Symone and ordered our new sofa and chair, once they’re delivered we’ll hopefully be back to buy our new table and chairs.

We were helped to buy a sofa and chair by Paul. He gave us great advice and was not pushy at all. Added bonus that there is free delivery. A really excellent experience all round.

We recently placed an order for two sofas. Symone helped us choose our sofas. She was pleasant, well mannered and extremely helpful. Overall a very lovely lady. The delivery men were just as helpful. They too were pleasant, well mannered and helped to move our old sofa out into another room before they brought in the two new sofas. Overall it has been a very pleasant experience purchasing from W&T Nettleton. I have already recommended two of my friends visit their showroom when looking for their new suites. A brilliant company to deal with. Top marks to all at Nettletons.

Danny was friendly, polite, patient and helpful when we visited Nettletons this week to purchase a new mattress. He showed compassion towards my father who struggled to get up the stairs and gave him time to do so. We had an idea what we wanted and Danny was happy to provide the necessary information to support our choice. We got what we wanted in a quick and efficient manner and cannot praise Danny enough for his professionalism. Thank you.

Nettletons sell high quality furniture and beds at very competitive prices. I was very impressed by the way every attention was paid to giving sound advice with no pressure. The showroom was immaculate and I was left to browse instead of being pestered like in the large retailers. Danny was so informative and pleasant when I bought a new mattress and I have my eye on a new settee. There is such a good choice in designs and fabrics. An absolute pleasure shopping here and so good to support independent well established local traders who stock mostly goods made in the uk. Very impressed.

We visited this morning to browse the beautiful furniture ..looking for new sofas.A really quality showroom with in our opinion top quality and knowledgeable staff. Symone guided us through all our options once we had made our choice, no pressure selling here, a lovely experience and we feel so confident about our purchases.A beautiful showroom, good prices, lovely Symone who knows her stuff...what more could you ask for.

Danny has been excellent in helping myself and my husband choose a new mattress. His expertise and knowledge was incredibly useful and his manner was helpful but didn't encroach upon us at any time. Thank you to Danny but also to Nettleton’s who have sold us sofas, bedroom furniture and dining room furniture previously. Lovely to support a local business.

Danny was extremely friendly and helpful when my husband and I were looking to replace our mattress. His knowledge and advice helped us to make an informed decision. We have bought our furniture and carpets at Nettletons for many years now and continue to be very impressed with the service.

Stressless sofa and chair purchased. Absolutely beautiful, lots of choices. Friendly, helpful staff, no pressure to buy. Would 100% recommend.

Helpful advice whilst visiting the store to purchase 3 settees and recliner chair. Fabric samples ordered and arrived from Parker Knoll a few days later so when we returned to the store was able to place our order . However there was some concern as to the actual getting the large settee through the house door and so they sent someone to measure and confirm they could fit it into the lounge.
Kept informed of delivery times etc which was 8 - 10 weeks.
The best thing was the delivery chaps were so helpful and took care whilst getting the furniture into the lounge. They did a fantastic job and even took away the packaging after making sure all the electric recliners were working correctly.
A great place for anyone looking for quality furniture with a quality customer service from shop, warehouse and delivery drivers.
