Neon Effect Recenzje

First class experience with this company, did a little of homework before buying a neon and this company was amazing value for money. The sign is fabulous and the customer service was great, kept chopping and changing my mind on the design but Tom worked with me to provide great customer service, easy to contact no robots or answerphones, no negatives at all, if only every company was this efficient

Absolutely fab!
So so happy with the custom light neon effect made for me, they really brought my partners music logo to life! Fantastic service, incredibly reasonable price and the quality is above and beyond! Couldn’t be happier with my experience, deffo going to be back for more!

Excellent would 100% recommend! Super pleased with our sign! Quality and service impeccable, Tom was so helpful guiding me through the process! Helping me with my choices and ideas! Will definitely use again ☺️

Real good price, and quick delivery.

When your design is ready they send You a photo of it.
Also they keep You up to date of the delivery date.

Maybe its even better to send the track and trace to the customer.

After shopping around various sites I decided to get in touch with the guys at Neon Effect to build my own custom Neon sign. I could not be any happier! The team at Neon were super helpful, gave advice on how to bring my idea to life and were the best value for money!

I will be returning ++++

Outstanding customer service, unbelievably competitive for price and such a high-end, quality product. Would recommend to anyone any day of the week.

The guys at neon effect were really helpful when I spoke to them prior to ordering, my order was made very quickly and although there was a slight issue with the courier, they kept in contact and kept me updated when they could. I love my neon sign, can’t wait to hang it up in my workplace with pride 😁 thanks again!

I worked in collaboration with neon effect. The guy who I communicated with ‘Jack’ is so lovely, very helpful and very understanding. He was able to communicate with me throughout the whole process of a fixture and I received the light in a matter of few days, showing they really push to make their lights the best and provide great customer service . I have the ‘babe’ multi-colour flow light and I love it so much. I really recommend buying from neon effect, not to pricey and amazing lights which come in different colours and sizes! Really happy , thank you!🥰

I love my rainbow neon sign , it’s beautifully made and looks great.
Communication and customer service is great too .
I will be buying more

The BEST customer service I have ever dealt with. The coolest and most effective neon light I have ever offered and I have 3 of them!! If you are looking for a nice company where you will get value for your money, deffo purchase from Neon Effect. I couldn't recommend them higher.

Absolute super service from start to finish, great design just what we were looking for, easy communication, the controls supplied are also fantastic for the effect of the light which was a surprise and delivery was spot on too!! Thanks Neon effect you guys rock!!

Ordered the playstation/gamer sign and was very impressed. Colours are strong and clear, looks great in my room. Delivery was delayed by a few days so 4-stars

I ordered a custom design, multicoloured and quite large sign measuring in at roughly 2mx1.5m. From start to finish the process was delightful, very easy to communicate any changes I desired, quick replies and once we were happy with the design, it was shipped out in 10 days! Service is second to none, if you’re in the market for a neon sign, Neon Effect is undoubtedly the go-to!

Was looking for a neon logo for our business, so I reached out to the guys at Neon Effect and they were brilliant from the start, they helped build my idea into a concept design so I could see what it would look like, was really helpful with the design and how it would work and look, and they answered any questions I had. It was a really competitive price and they even sorted out all the delivery and installation. Couldn’t be happier with how it’s come out, it looks even better than I thought 👍🏼 Will be recommending them for sure.

We were looking for a bespoke neon sign of our logo and we came across Neon Effect. I have to say they were superb and very professional. We had several logos to choose from so we agreed on the best one to use. They kept us updated continuously on delivery and we were absolutely delighted with the results! Very happy customer, highly recommend.

Quick and efficient service. They got my design spot on! Really happy with my sign and would definitely recommend them to spice up your walls.
