A problem well dealt with
Our initial order was wrongly delivered to another address. Robert Aigin quickly sent a second consignment. We've yet to quite beat a very persistent attack from the moths, but the traps are a good guide to the numbers still around. What happens when things don't go well is a good guide to customer care generally.
