Commercial Washrooms Recenzje

Great Service
Used them before and they always go above n beyond
Thanks Ali W for helping me with a problem I made with the address

5* service from Lewis. We need a very specific part to finish on site. Lewis checked the warehouse personally to make sure the items were exactly what I needed and they arrived next day. Thanks very much, we are very impressed.

Vicki and Gavin where extremely reactive and assisted me in ordering 2 junior height toilets which we needed asap. They also ensured that the delivery team had this ready and on the next delivery with my payment first thin gin the morning. the order only took 24 hours since purchase

Exceptional and rapid service.

Vicki went above and beyond to understand the order required and organised swift links to make payment.

Have used before and will definitely use again.

I wish all companies had a Vicki and a Laura in their customer facing roles.

5 out of 5 all round

very reliable and prompt with responses with any queries. no issues with deliveries. a great success. fully recommend.

Jack H was super helpful in sending over a quote and organising deliveries in a timely manner. When items needed to be returned and exchanged, he made this process very easy. We would definitely order items through Commercial Washrooms again! Thank you!

Superb experience with Commercial Washrooms. Vicky was super helpful and kept me updated to date all the way through the process.
Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Melissa, Laura and Alyssa especially are great. Prompt with emails and calls, always exceed my expectations and unlike a lot of other companies - their aftersales service is great. They don't just sell and ignore like other companies I have come across, any issues or damages we have are dealt with straight away and nothing is too much.

Even with the time difference, the customer service was timely and affective. I barely had to ask any questions because all the delivered information was clear and concise.

Vicki was polite, friendly and efficiently dealt with my unusual purchase request. All sorted quickly and successfully. Thanks Vicki!

Lewis was very helpful and prompt in responding and level of service is great

First of all, you could talk to a human! I spoke to Vicki regarding our DoCM Pack requirements for this commercial project, and she guided me through the website to a great choice to suit our budget. She had thorough knowledge of the products. The purchase process is smooth, the goods arrived on time and free of damage with nothing missing. Definitely first call next time.

I'm working with Commercial Washrooms on a project to renovate a large number of bathrooms in a private school, and I can tell you that the experience is on another level, from the design process to the final result. The materials are all top-quality, everything fits together perfectly, resulting in an excellent finish. And the customer service is fantastic.

Excellent from start to finish. The whole team, in particular Annie and Laura went above and beyond to secure my order and ensure the most suitable items were sent out for my gym washrooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We have placed two orders with Commercial Washrooms so far and from setting up a business account to response times with orders, I can't fault the service we have received. Highly recommend and we will certainly use this company again.

We recently ordered made-to-measure toilet cubicle doors, and the quality was excellent. There was a mix-up on our side, but the team resolved the issue quickly and efficiently with a very fast turnaround. We are extremely pleased with the service provided — everything was handled smoothly and without any problems. Highly recommended.

Great efficient service and great customer service
Thank you

I usually use another supplier, but Commercial Washrooms were able to supply within a needed timeframe. Very smooth ordering process with Tom and tracking of delivery. There was unfortunately an issue with part of the consignment, but this is where I was truly impressed with the company. The customer service from Melissa was first class and the issue was sorted out very quickly. This kind of quality service gives me a lot of confidence and trust with the company, and I will definitely return as a customer. Highly recommend!

Great communications, Excellent customer service. would really recommend them.
