Commercial Washrooms Recenzje

This is my second review of this company. After a good sales experience I said I was waiting to see how the delivery and aftersales service would be. The delivery time was 6 weeks. After 4 weeks I rang to see what the date might be. Eventually I spoke with Tom Easom, he knew exactly what was happening confirmed a date there and then which was before the deadline. The order arrived as promised but there was a piece missing which could happen on an order worth £12,500 . I contacted Tom who sent out the part on an overnight courier which meant the plumbers could continue the following day. Some days later it was discovered that a Sanitary piece had a hairline crack in it. I contacted the company who said that they would send out another. But then there was some confusion as to a checking deadline meaning I might not be covered. One phone call from Tom and again it was all sorted and the part arrived the following morning. Thanks Tom, you are personally 5 star.

Dealt promptly with my issues and resolved them quickly

We had ordered some specific taps for a project that is under go and we had the help of Becky Prevett, she was very helpful, friendly and assuring throughout the process as we had some unexpected issues with our order, Becky went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue and did so with much patience and ease, she was an absolute pleasure to work with and I will definitely recommend the company as well as her any day of the week!!!!! you are a star Becky

We checked when our tap would be delivered with a person prior to ordering as we needed it urgently. We were told there was 4 in stock so it would be delivered next day, so we ordered it in good faith, next day came and no tap, contacted them online the following morning when the job was due to be done to ask where the tap was and they told us it hasn't even left their warehouse yet and will be sent out today (The day we needed it by) for delivery on Tuesday after the bank holiday, when asked why we were lied to about the delivery time frame and why we were not made aware of delays we were told oh it must have been a blip on the system and that it didn't update normally and also they are really busy, no concession or even a proper apology offered, the job had to be cancelled as only this specific type of tap can be used and they are only obtainable by order for delivery.

Poor customer service and deception leading to a purchase that we otherwise would not have made with them due to the impending timeframe in which it would be required.

Update: your response makes no sense, you are speaking to me as if this order has already been delivered which it has not, I went on the website, on the wednesday last week, stated I need this tap when would it arrive? I was told there are four in stock so it would be with us next day (Thursday). I said great so I bought it, next day came, no tap. Friday came I contacted you and I was told it was a blip on the system and the order did not update, So it will come tuesday, even though I needed it Friday (The date of contact), I did not say anything about receiving it on the day of the job(This is a lie). By all means send me this supposed transcript because i am 100% sure you are lying and I assure you am not happy about it at all, Furthermore this tap was due to arrive this morning but guess what? still not here. I have contacted again, only for you to admit further failings on your part. Please don't lie to try and save face.

Great customer service. Although the delivery takes quite a while, we were aware of this so no big issue for us, it arrived as expected and packaged extremely well. Excellent communication and always professional.

A lovely company to work with. Becky's knowledge and advice helped me to select the right products for our new washrooms. Very competitively priced too! Thank you

Very good quality items and the customer service was outstanding, especially Daniela who so helpful when we had a small problem with the order, she sorted it straight away.

We are a plumbing company, used commercial Washrooms for the first time.
I contacted them to ensure the item I wanted was in stock, Laura was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Prices were very competitive too
Items ordered arrived fast, as promised.

We are a facilities maintenance company and used Commercial Washrooms for the first time on a commercial project. Gavin was the most helpful person I have dealt with for a long time. Everything was made easy for me and I was reassured at every stage. I dealt with Tom also towards the end of the project and again so helpful. The project is now complete but I would not hesitate to recommend this company. This will be our go to company for future requirements.
