Customer Service at it's best
Sales were very helpful in processing the order has I had an issue with the website. This was resolved by receiving a proforma by email instead.
Operations were fantastic at chasing the delivery up, and improving this by 1 week to help us with an emergency install.
Would definately recommend. 5* customer service from the staff

I have nothing but good things to say…
I have nothing but good things to say about this fantastic company. I ordered some toilet seats after checking their website however when they arrived they didn’t fit (my fault, not theirs). Not only did they quickly sort the incorrect ones out, they also managed to source me a toilet seat that does fit (we have very unusual shaped toilets). 8 toilet seats tried, none fitted until I found commercial washrooms. Thank you so much for all your help throughout! Much appreciated!! Customer service like yours is rare! Ralph and Danni are assets to your team! Thanks again Jade

Amazing team and a Fantastic Result.
We have recently had 29 toilet cubicles fitted over the summer holidays. Which was no small job. Everyone at Commercial washrooms were amazing, when we did encounter a few issues. They came up with alternate options. When we asked for a few late alterations they were so accommodating. With such a tight deadline the whole team worked hard to make sure the job was completed in time. We are so impressed with the final outcome that we are already looking to use them again for future works.
