Commercial Washroom teams are my go to for washroom solutions. Will P, especially has been fantastic at working with our company to understand our requirements, get what we need and most importantly on time and within budget. Will has worked closely with us on a few toilet refurbs as well as smaller jobs, and his level of customer service is exceptional throughout, whether a £20K+ order or £500 order. Commercial Washrooms are a great support to us as a business, and knowing the team is just at the end of the phone if we have a product question, need some advice or even a spec sheet – Always our go to for washroom needs. Thanks so much again Will & team!

Received excellent customer services from Will Parsons, Thank you

Excellent company dealt with a guy called will , very helpful and sorted out a few issues i was having trying to collate an order, would highly recommend them

Excellent customer service and Will was brilliant in assisting throughout the process.

Professional, fast and quality service. From our initial enquiry, Will was very responsive to our queries and had a full design over for approval in no time. Delivery was quick and the WC's cubicles we ordered were great quality. We did have a few missing fixings, however Will arranged for replacements to be sent to us on an overnight carriage.

Always receive superb fast service from this company, especially Lewis in surveying. Pricing is always good and the knowledge, response & product range means I rarely need to contact another supplier.

I cannot fault the service provided by Commercial Washrooms ltd. Specifically, Will Parsons for dealing with all design and supply aspects of my project.
Thank you

Great team including Ralph who took the order.
I needed 3 RAK countertop sinks for a private bathroom refurbishment.
Great value and they shipped to Northern Ireland with no fuss whatsoever.
Top quality sinks arrived in perfect condition and on time. These days, what more can you ask for!
Thank you to the team and I can offer no better recommendation than they would be my first port of call in the future.

Needing a commercial toilet cubicle lock, Mark at Commercial washrooms was able to help with the correct lock, and delivered the day after ordering, great service and as a corporate company we will use again

We have had great experiences with this company and Laura in sales. All orders have been delivered in a sensible timeframe and offers good value for money.

Wonderful service. The items I ordered arrived very quickly. Also, I made a mistake when ordering and they helped me resolve my issue very swiftly. Communication was great.

Great company with realistic prices.
Have used them several times over the years.
I go to the office if I need something as they are local to me and I normally leave with what I needed.
I find the service is great and they go out of their way to help.

Having replaced our bathrooms throughout school, we decided that we wanted to add a privacy screen to the boys' bathroom. Commercial Washrooms were able to provide an off the shelf kit, in the same colour as the existing cubical doors, and dispatch the items for next day delivery. A first class service.

Will Parsons has been great to deal with. Smooth, straightforward transaction, and very helpful.

Great customer service, quick response time and was able to source products within 3 days that were not in stock .

Excellent, efficient service from Commercial Washrooms. Would recommend.
