I am a difficult customer. I had an idea but wasn’t 100% and Tom was so patient and helpful. He also took the time to explain and show me all the different lights and sizes before I made my final choice. Could not recommend more!

The whole process from start to finish was absolutely fantastic from neon effect. Tom the director made sure everything was perfect before we committed to a design and order. He sent through various fonts, size option and colour options and made the purchase easy. We had found a few other suppliers but having looked into reviews, locations (mainly america) we decided neon was the best and we could not be happier.

Super professional, Tom was so helpful and friendly throughout! Made alterations to the design speedily and we were so impressed with all the info given in terms of colour examples, mock-ups etc.
