Arrived much faster than expected and looks brilliant

Was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but it seems the new owners have really turned things around. My sign arrived 11 days after ordering and the quality is very high. The controller offers all sorts of brightness and flashing options...it's just a really well made product that works brilliantly and I can't fault the service.

Excellent service! Super easy order process with downloadable previews of your chosen design. Wide range of texts available which made finding the perfect sign for me simple. Great communication, regular order and shipping updates. Mine even arrived earlier than expected! Also went over and above for me, when my chosen design couldn't be manufactured in the size I chose, they asked first if it was OK to up size the design and done this free of charge! Quick, friendly and brilliant at what they do. I love my sign. Thanks again! :)

I ordered November 2020- 7 months later I have no sign and no refund. I ordered in November and was advised of a 3 week lead time for Christmas. Neon Beach have failed to produce my sign, they have no customer service and have not processed a full refund for me. They are a hideous company- do not order from them. Any reviews above 1 star are fake.

After 9 months of waiting, I actually never got my neon sign. At first, I would get lousy excuses about production problems. However, after many months of mailing back and forth I was able to get clarification on why I wasn't getting my sign...

It seems they've now changed their management, and the change in the quality of communication clearly showed that. While I gave up on ever getting the neon sign (it would have taken almost a month to arrive on top of what I had already waited), I did get a full refund and thankfully Neon Beach was very accommodating in this process.

Kevin from Neon Beach was extremely helpful in helping to get the design right for our sign, and with placing the order. I was told the lead time was 3 weeks but in fact, it only took two. I received the FedEx tracking info and will admit to being concerned that it was coming all the way from Shenzhen, China, however it was impeccably packaged and worked as soon as we plugged it in with no issues at all. I would highly recommend Neon Beach. The team are highly responsive and the custom neon was good value for money, very high quality and was in perfect condition.

My order never arrived, so after 8 months and several emails I was happy to hear that the company is under new management.
I still didn’t get the product because quite honestly, I don’t want to look at it every day and be reminded of the frustration.
The old company isn’t even worth 1 star, but the new management was open, honest and fast in processing the refund. The full amount has been transferred back to my bank account. So at least we can leave it on a positive note.

I have been very negative about this company in the past. I finally received my order, almost two years later. That simply unacceptable. The sign I received is not exactly what I expected however I have decided to keep it as it does look good, but not worth all I went through. Months of lies and deception until I eventually gave up. I probably would have brought other things from them if not for this experience. And I believe that they ordered my sign from China and although its nice it's not what I wanted. The use of LEDs instead of proper neon tube. It loses some quality.

We just purchased our second Neon Beach sign for the office. We have one of them on display right when you walk into the building and another that is going in our storefront. We get so many comments on the signs and the neon colors are so bright. We have ours drilled into the wall and connected with a light switch we use to turn them on. The customer service is also amazing, I received a few emails updating me with the status of my order. 100% recommend getting one of these signs for home or office décor!

I ordered my sign last September and never received it and after several emails I still never received the sign!
... However I checked back here last week and saw that the company was under new ownership and after a couple of exchanges of emails and me sending my Paypal details I received a Full refund within 2 days!
I do believe the new company are trying hard to make things right... I honestly never thought I would see that £344 again!

I would give the old owners 1 star, the new owners have been punctual to my emails and also very quick to resolve matters. I ordered a large sign that was supposed to be one solid piece, and it came as two. I was already upset at the old owners bc it took so many months to get what I ordered in general. Regardless, it was supposed to be a solid sign and it was two pieces, which means two cords - and I didn’t want that. I messaged the company and they were very quick to offer me a discount to keep or full refund if I wanted to return it. They were very easy to deal with and professional and I got a full refund.

Do not order from this company if want to receive anything.

I placed my order last November and despite numerous emails back and forth including hollow apologies, I have not received either my order or a refund. They simply should not be allowed to trade.

So I originally ordered last September. I still hadn’t received my light and assumed I’d been scammed but then noticed the company had been bought out of administration. The new ‘Neon Beach’ admirably offered to fulfil my original order and in less than three weeks from contacting them it is hung in my house. It is exceptional and so has their customer service and communication been. Give them a chance. They are fighting a huge up hill battle on the back of all the negative reviews of the previous management. I would order again in a heartbeat and thank them for their exceptional product and care.
