SCAM- stay well clear. Ordered November 2020 still no sign of light and told I cant get a refund.

Changed a faulty product with no hesitation.

A part of a sign I had owned for a few months broke (my own fault), so emailed Neon Beach about it and they sorted it all out really efficiently-didn't even charge for a replacement! I’ve got 2 signs now and both are amazing quality-I would highly recommend.

Easy to order and was updated at every point, when it was made, shipped and tracking was accurate!

An actual enjoyable customer experience from start to finish, in an age where so many have a flippant attitude to customer service.
Having taken delivery, we are really pleased with the porduct and will definitely use NEON BEACH again.

Shame about the bad reviews. I have to say my order for a giant signature (£600+) was very well and professionally handled arriving on time and works stunningly well 10/10

I have made multiple purchases from neon beach, I had some difficulties with a discount code I was using - but this was swiftly sorted by their team via email. I love my neon signs and couldn’t recommend the company enough!

Very confused by the poor reviews on here. I placed an order with Neon Beach a few months back - customer service were in touch very quickly to discuss the design of the sign and agreed to keep it as one piece even though they initially said to deliver it in two to protect during delivery - they couldn’t have been more helpful. The sign arrived yesterday as planned and I couldn’t be happier with it. It looks great, was easy to wall mount and I’m really happy with it!!!

I ordered a sign from neon beach last May for my daughters dorm room. Promised for beginning of august it never came and she left for school. Requested a refund and never got one, it came in sept. Never opened box so it wouldn’t be damaged with hopes to use it this school year.

Just opened box and it doesn’t work. I reached out to customer service and because it’s “out of the warrantee” period they can’t do anything. What a joke! Don’t order from here!

They informed me of when I would expect my delivery. It did arrive sooner than expected which was excellent. The information and product is excellent, and it was protected very well for delivery. I’m really pleased and I would definitely buy from Neon Beach again.

Today I FINALLY received my son’s 2020 Christmas present!
After, stupidly, purchasing from Neon beach withoutreading the independent reviews I realised in January that I had been scammed and this was a company whose policy was to take money from people with no intention of ever supplying the product.
Luckily it seems they were taken over in March and I received an email asking if I would like a refund or if I would like the product.
I decided to still have the product because I was excited for it from my sons’s room, and it arrived today from China.
The product looks great and my son is thrilled. I have seen reviews that stated the product stopped working after a few days or weeks. If that happens I will add to this review, but for now I am happy to have finally received the item.

I rate the experience AND the quality of the final product 5/5!

All in all, very good! It took a while BUT it was worth it! The customer support is very polite, professional and truly helped me! I know that there are a few bad reviews, but it seems that this company has massively improved and wants to really build a trusted brand for good quality neon signs.

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. We purchased 2 signs. They arrived after about 8 weeks but neither of them were working. They had clearly been sent from China, had no proper instructions other than a tiny note that you could barley read and a very low quality remote. It took us 6 whole months of back and forth emails of them making it as hard as possible (probably hoping we would give up) until we finally had to get our bank involved and they finally sent us a replacement adaptor and sign that actually worked. I will never purchase from this gross company again and anyone that asks where I got the signs from I make sure to tell them how terrible Neon Beach is as well, I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to buy from here.

I knew that I was missing something special in my dancestudio. Saw a neonbeach ad and immediately knew what I was missing: A NEON SIGN. The configurator worked awesome, the customer service was perfect, quick and friendly and the sign itself is more than I ever expected!

Do not order from this company. I ordered a sign for a Christmas gift 8 months ago, despite being promised and re-promised the sign was going to arrive and eventually a refund - neither have ever appeared.

I received a beautiful personalised item from Neon Beach. However after a few weeks the bulb on one of the letters was a different colour to the rest of the light. The company kindly offered to replace the item at their cost and were extremely efficient at getting back to me. The replaced item was not the same item I had originally ordered, despite them saying that I had confirmed the spec. All I had ever asked for was a replacement of the original order. They are now refusing to provide me with a replacement based on my original order, which given the amount of money I have paid (over £600 is appalling). Their products are beautiful, but their customer service is disappointing to say the least.

I couldn't be more impressed with the service and quality from Neon Beach. The service team was superb - responsive and helpful when I wanted to adjust the design. The light was delivered ahead of the predicted delivery time and was very well packed. I would definitely recommend Neon Beach to anyone thinking of buying neon.
