Totally shocking experience from the On the Beach. I actually made my order in December 2019. I have attempted on several occasions to get my money back via various different emails I’ve also contacted my bank but unfortunately was unable to get a refund.

The fact of the matter is I was promised a refund around six months ago via an email that I received this has never been followed up, quite frankly I am disgusted my order was over £300 and I’ve never been compensated for this I even though I bought from what I thought was a reputable company I’m absolutely disgusted in this and seeing the celebrities post things on social media and get a refund yet a normal hard-working person cannot obtain a refund from a company. Whilst you may have rectified your shipping issues which I believe is the reason for you not feeling your orders I’m absolutely disgusted that nobody is ever come back to me and I simply feel completely let down. Excellent service and amazing products.have 2 signs by them and 2nd one was a custom made piece.faultless.used every day.would definitely recommend.amazing remote features you wont get anywhere else

SO... where do i even begin-
my journey with neon beach has been TRULY bloody frustrating to say the least, i ordered a sign and my BF ordered 2 signs LAST OCTOBER! october 2020... and i still have never recieved my signs or any update, however i wasnt taking this one laying down.

i got through eventually to a woman called 'JAS' The first REAL responce i had and she was very helpful in the sence of responding.

It is now 29.11.21- almost a WHOLE year since all this happened and i recieved a text on my phone from neon beach saying i could get a discount.. A DISCOUNT! i havent even recieved my original items. however i have spoken to a memeber called 'RJ' about getting my original item processed as the company has been taken over by new management SO MAYBE i may finally get mine and my boyfriends items... who knows.

The TWO stars are becuase ive spoken in a whole year to only 2 real people.. if i recieve my items eventually i will come back to mend my review. however not happy at all.

The Service from Neon Beach is outstanding. One Sign was lost and they reproduce it for free again. So we ordered a second Custom Made Shop Logo with changing colors. Bling. We love it and it was fast again.

I purchased a sign a year or more ago when there were lots of bad reviews and trustpilot was inundated with scam alerts. My sign actually arrived fine and has been running perfectly every day for the last year. I put an order in for another one and received it in good time. Communication this time was great as well. It seems they have probably sorted out whatever was going wrong before.

these people are a scam. i placed an order in November 2020 which has never arrived and i am still waiting on a refund.

DO NOT ORDER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR YOU WILL ALSO HAVE A VERY DISSAPOINTED CHILD

** update - since posting the review I have contacted the new owners and while I still don't have a sign, the communication has been good and I have been told they will honour the order and it has been processed so it might just actually happen! I will move to three stars for now and if the sign actually turns up I will update to 5 stars based on the service from the new owners.

*** Can't believe I am posting this but the sign has actually arrived after a year. it is as ordered, loks great and work perfectly. Fair play to the new owners, they have taken on the old issues and sorted it out which is very rare in the world today. i know there will be loads of unhappy people who are still waiting but I would say make sure you contact them and stick with it and they will come through for you. I now have one very happy daughter with a lovely sign so thanks very much to the new owners of Neonbeach

I just received my order. They sent the wrong plug and fixtures. Was told it would take 2 weeks to get a new plug.

To be honest, I'm disappointed about the final result. It's now clear that this isn't a handmade job in the UK, but made up of lots of Chinese type components.

The service took 4 emails to determine what the problem was "eg you sent me the wrong plug"

"What does a UK plug look like? Please take photo"

Neon beach do not pick the phone up, neon beach do not return money. Paid for a sign around a year ago- still waiting for a refund as they took the money and didn’t deliver the sign. I’ve been back tracked and said please just send me a new sign. No response! Don’t use this company the prices may look good but they are not reliable and do not return the funds even when they don’t deliver! They owe me £250. T

I am one of the unfortunate many still waiting for a refund after placing an order Dec 2020 and no show on the goods despite the multiple promises. Contacting "which" to let them know that the refunds they suggested were forthcoming in their article are not real and contacting my credit card company to see if they can help..

This is by far the most professional people I have work with when it comes to ordering stuff. They help med perfectly through the whole process, and even manage to solve issues at hand!

I am very happy with the quality of the product! The company was very transparent about the time it would take for me to receive my product and I got it in great condition!

Easy ordering with accurate rendering of what I was ordering. Parcel arrived well packed with fitting instructions and was easy to install.
Unfortunately the sign developed a fault after a few weeks use. I always judge a company on what happens if something goes wrong. I can't praise customer services enouph for their help in resolving the problem. They were understanding and asked for photos/video of the fault and it was quickly replaced.
Would reccomend this company. Well done andmgood luck

Team was in constant contact with me on my order making sure everything was as I wanted it.

Suffered long delay due to supply issues but was advised my sign couldn’t be supplied due to a change of supplier. I expected delays due to shipping issues worldwide but did not expect to be offered a free upgrade to the next size up. This duly arrived and I am very happy with the product. Things weren’t perfect but these are trying times and I felt that Neon Beach did all that they could to make certain that I received my order.

Having never purchased a neon sign, I was pretty apprehensive about having a custom one made for my creative agency.

Nonetheless, the 'custom sign' team at Neon Beach were world-class in their communication, reassurance and professionalism that it became a no-brainer.

The final result was unbelievable and is now the envy of all my mates!
