Custom Neon® Recenzje

Absolutely fantastic product and service from start to finish. The quality of the neon sign is exceptional, with a really professional finish and great attention to detail. It has completely transformed our studio and given it a polished, premium look that everyone comments on.

The sign arrived exactly as expected, was easy to install, and looks even better in person than it did in the preview. We're genuinely delighted with the result and couldn't be happier with our purchase.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high-quality custom neon sign. A five-star experience all round!

Claudia was amazing from start to finish and ensured our custom sign was perfect from every aspect

Great communication, always responsive and talked us through every single step in detail

We ordered two signs from Custom Neon, and they both arrived exactly as we envisioned. The color, size, quality, and design were incredible. Our sales rep MJ was amazing to work with and so helpful! They’re our new go to neon sign company

I can’t remember having a more productive and pleasant time with any company. My representative Bryan Rothman was not only incredibly prompt in getting back to me with answers to my every question while offering great suggestions, but followed up on my entire project right through to completion without a single problem. When my neon sign was ready in just a couple of weeks, it arrived in perfect condition, and better still the sign looked AWESOME, even better than I had expected. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
The only minor issue came at the very end when I went to make my payment. Paying was somewhat frustrating as it didn’t follow the usual payment methods I was used to, but Bryan assured me that they’re working on improving their system and even paid the rush charges just to make up for my difficulties and my order arrived in record time, so they still earned Five Stars because my overall experience with them was so totally exceptional in every way. They've earned my business for life.

We absolutely love our neon sign! It’s exactly what we wanted and adds such a classy touch to our salon. We get so many compliments on it, and lots of our clients use it as a backdrop for selfies and photos, which we love seeing.

The whole process was so easy from start to finish — they were incredibly helpful, communication was great, and delivery was really fast. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would highly recommend them!

We ordered a custom neon light for a colleague's leaving present. The whole process was extremely easy. We contacted the customer service team when we realised that we'd forgotten to specify that we needed it processed quickly if we wanted to arrive for his leaving drinks. They very kindly sped up the whole process and we received the really lovely light exactly on time.

It was clear and easy to buy exactly what I wanted.
It was a retirement present to myself and i love it. Its in my dining room and people who come to dinner often open up and talk about their lives.

Amazing sign, exactly how I imagined it, very well made and excellent quality. Would definitely recommend

I used these guys as their online design tool was the only one I could find that was compatible with my phone. The process was simple, the sign is of excellent quality, the cable length is suitable, the price was fair and the delivery time was much faster than the estimated lead time. I will be using this company for future projects I have in mind for my business. My only criticism is that as the sign was large it would have been easier to mount it alone if some kind of template was provided to mark out the wall holes.

we bought the sign, after we custom made it and it looked beautiful in our restaurant for approximately 10 months, after that we had multiple issues with the wiring and we emailed and called multiple different times. We also texted the company. They are promising us an email from Amazon for new wiring and a adapter. That was over two weeks ago and they will not answer the phone or any emails at all.

We got a lovely neon sign for our kitchen. It really adds a bit of glamour; company were great and the product is good too. Very satisfied customer

Indulgent Christmas present for my daughter; bespoke design, delivered on time and very well packaged!

We have been very impressed with the customer service provided by Custom Neon. We made adaptations to our design, and they were happy to accommodate these and provide revised drawings and prices. Now that the sign is up, it is making a good impact, and has become a talking point!
