The sign arrived broken and has not worked since I opened the box. I have had to inquire again and again on the status of the part to fix it or the refund procedure. And each and every case it is a continuous effort just to get an answer and it is always a runaround. This has been one of the worst online purchase experiences of my life.

Customer service on the front end was great. He responded timely to all questions and requests for edits. The timeline for fabrication was met and exceeded. The pricing beat competitors!

After my 1st review, Company reached out. Proffessionally apologized and said the would create a new sign to the correct specifications. So at the moment My review is nuetral. I will say it took some time, but the sign was great quality and they are standing behind their product and craftmanship. I will update this review when I receive the new sign. As long as it is to spec This review will turn 5 stars

I love my neon sign! Idk what else to say other than it's perfect!!!

I discovered Create Neon when I was faced with a sign project that required intricate detailing. All of my connections in the sign creation industry rejected my design saying it was too detailed and could not be fabricated. Create Neon not only created the sign for me, but they produced it in a timely manner. It was well-packaged, securely protected and delivered to my door. It is a beautiful product.
