Hi,
I've just reviewed your order, and I can only see Sausage Rolls on the order—there aren't any Pig Ears here.
Could you please send me your order number so I can take a closer look? At the moment, the order I can see shows that Sausage Rolls were the item purchased.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Quality sausage treats
Nutriment Natural Treats very kindly made a donation to our dog rescue. The sausage treats were great quality and were particularly enjoyed by a dog that had come into us underweight and in need of nutritional goodness to build him up.

Our dogs love these treats
Our dogs love these treats, ordered a selection which came through really quick. I had ordered one type of dog treat which were not right for our dogs, when I mentioned it to “Nutriment”, they were very sympathetic, even though it had been my choice. And even gave me a small credit on my next order…

Always buy my dogs the gourmet sausages they love them.
Can't understand why natural treat can't deliver to my home address, I pay for the delivery, but then have to drive to pick up the the parcel what is the scene in that?.

Odpowiedź od Nutriment Natural Treats
Thank you for your feedback and for continuing to buy the gourmet sausages — we’re so pleased your dogs love them! 😊
I’m sorry about the inconvenience with the delivery. Unfortunately, the decision to redirect parcels to a pickup point is sometimes made by the courier service, which is handled by a third party and isn’t something we can directly control once the order has been dispatched from our side.
That said, I completely understand your frustration, especially when you’ve paid for home delivery, and I’ll make sure to pass your feedback on to our team. We really do appreciate you taking the time to let us know.
