Great company, great despatch time.

Great customer service and service recovery. I had an issue with a faulty item that I'd ordered at the end of last year. I got in touch via email and they replaced my item with a new one of my choosing, sending it out in the post with next day delivery.

Everytime I have rang native store the customer service help is outstanding.they go out of their way and more to help you figure out your problems and also will try their best to supply exactly what you need

Native has always been one of my first choice online stores to go to but I'm a bit disappointed in the new wheels I got. 3 were white as you'd expect and the fourth was yellowed from sun exposure. I guess that is why they weren't in the packaging. A little email to have asked if that was alright and I'd have been cool.

Just feel a little let down compared to their normal service.

Ordered a complete setup to assemble myself and couldn’t be happier with the products. Delivery was excellent and it was almost next day! Would definitely use Native again.

Amazing range of skateboarding products and always great service. They are my first choice for skateboard hardwear.

Excuse after excuse after excuse, but its not their fault apparently! Firstly the website doesn't state that the shoes are US sizes. I purchased the right size according to my UK size, when they turned up they were huge! BTW an UK 6 = US 8 not a US 7 as they advised!!!!!!! I lived in the US for 5 years so I should bloody know!!!! I called them to exchanged but felt I shouldn't have to pay the return fee for the ones they'd sent which were incorrect. The manager advised it would cost £x amount in postage - in other words 'why was I complaining'. If that's the case and they want repeat custom, then it would have been advisable for Native Skatestore to pay it! I then received this whole dialogue in an email justifying their position. They would be wise to review their approach in future. I won't be shopping with them again and will sure I tell most of my contacts/friends how awful they are!

Nice service and kind people will help you if you want to refund or exchange your item. If you're settled outside UK, you have to pay 12 pounds in order to send it back though.

whilst making a return for another set of vans they where exceptionally good at keeping in contact with me and sorting me out. then when i spoke to them on the phone they where very polite. i spoke to them on a tuesday afternoon and received my shoes on the Wednesday morning. the delivery company used are also very good as they text you everything you need and changing delivery is very easy if unavailable

I bought an adidas x palace jacket from Native Skatestore it cost £90 and it came with free next day delivery and arrived within that time which I was very impressed by. They text message you throughout the delivery process which is very useful and I was able to leave a note to put it in a safe place at my house when I was out. I forgot to enter a promotional code for a free hat with orders over £60 so I messaged them and they included it. Overall an excellent service and I will be using them again.

I would buy from them again in a heartbeat - within a minute of placing my order consisting of trucks, board, riser pads etc. I received a call from the company. I was asked whether I had deliberately chosen 1" bolts despite including a 1/4" riser pad in my order. I checked my basket again and realised that, as a 13 year old beginner, I had overlooked this important aspect. I was asked whether i would prefer longer bolts or to remove the pads - I chose the bolts and my request was complied with. I was extremely impressed with how the shops eagle-eyed employees had handled my error, nipping it in the bud rather than just leaving it be with no regard for a customer's needs.
Everything arrived the next day, all in one large box, as other reviews had assured me would happen. Everything was in perfect condition, with no marks on the box either!
All-in-all, I was immensely pleased with the whole experience, and would no doubt recommend this company to all of my friends.

Although the wallet that I ordered was a lot smaller, and not of a high quality as is seemed to be on the pictures...I am still very happy with this product.
It was packaged well, came with some free stickers and the delivery was very fast.

Ordered a board for my son, wasn't sure what I was buying. Really helpful friendly guy on the end of the phone, arrived next day, packaged really well....perfect!!...:-)

Every time I use Native, I end up a happy guy. Their service is excellent and the gods themselves couldn't apply grip better (and they probably wouldn't do it for free either). I always use Native and recommend that all my friends do to.

Native don't mess about. Delivery is prompt. The staff are helpful. I only buy my stuff from these guys. Probably the best skate shop in the UK.

There's such a wide variety of brands to choose from, I can always find one if not loads of items I want to buy. The despatch is really fast, always well packaged and always includes a bunch of stickers, no matter how small the order, which every skater is ALWAYS glad to get. The whole atmosphere of the service is really friendly and the website is really easy to get around. I always choose nativeskatestore.co.uk over ANY other website, unless I'm looking for something specific which isn't on the website.

We have lived abroad (Cyprus) for 9 years and used Naitive skate for at least 5 of those years, 2 to 3 times a year Birthdays and Xmas. In that time I have found the service from Naitive to be second to none (excellent)in fact. I find with Native I have an excellent service coupled with value for money.
In particular I find Scotty at Native not only helpfull, he is informative and will bend over backwards to help me especially when I was a novice buyer for our son in the early years.

Son saw this 'Fabric' Douglas Pom Pom in a Skateboard magazine and was on his wish list straight away for Xmas! Arrived and it looks fab and the quality is brilliant - will have one happy boy on 25th December! Quick service too!
