i ordered at 4:07pm, they dispatched my order at 4:32pm and i received it the next day at 1pm. i am so impressed with how fast they got the order out to me that i had to leave a good review. the items were packaged well and as described. i haven’t interacted with their customer service so i don’t have any comment on that but so far off of my one order this company seems great and i will be shopping again.

​My experience with this store was absolutely terrible and is unfortunately based on two separate orders. I wholeheartedly advise against shopping here.

​I placed two orders and neither of them ever reached me. What's worse, the entire after-sales "service" was a total disaster that turned into a long and exhausting fight to get my money back. Instead of a simple refund procedure, I faced a multi-stage dispute and months of wasted time.

​Throughout this time, I had to send dozens of messages, constantly asking about the refund status. The store was unable to either deliver the goods or efficiently and in a reasonable time handle the issue of the undelivered parcels. If you value your time and money, look for another option. This is an example of an extreme lack of professionalism.

I haven't got a local skate shop so I miss out on lots of stuff, like free magazines and stuff. I ordered three cheap items from them and asked if they would throw in some of the free mags. They did this for me even though it cost them more on P&P to do so. Love this shop, I wish I had a Native shop near me. AWESOME. REAL skate shop. Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you Native! Amazing staff and perfect service.

I made a booboo and ordered the wrong sized wrist guards. David very quickly sorted out the right size (even though they were out of stock) and exchanged them for me.

From me feeling very sheepish to feeling extremely well taken care of. I'll definitely shop here again, and will tell everyone else to too.

No refund is given despite the return was received and acknowledged a week ago, do not buy any products from this shop. If I know the refund is not given, I wouldn't return the brand new product in the first place, I could just keep it and sell it to someone and get the money back. However the goods was returned, but my money was not back, such a robbery in the board day light;

Good. The customer service here is very good in replying to emails.
Good. The website is also very good and has a lot of choice.

BAD. The return and refund method needs a lot of work, having to email for a refund code is something I've never ever had to do.. waited days for a response so i could post back the T shirt and i'm still waiting for them to process it even though the parcel was delivered 3 days ago.
I'll probably get an actual refund sometime next week.

Perfect communication even if I had a problem with the delivery company, they helped me a lot to handle this. Thank you so much again !

Discovered these guys whilst looking for new trucks, found what I was after and cheaper than everywhere else. The huge bonus being free delivery and even came with some sweet little extras. Ordered on a Friday night, arrived on the Sunday morning. Absolutely amazing service! Will only be using native from now on :)

Bought a new deck for my son, the despatch and delivery was super fast, even with griptape applied... I just hope the deck survives longer than his previous one...

Im very disappointment, ask for a Zero skateboard and i got some blank skateboard made in china (i know zero is made in china nowdays, but this one its clearly a cheap board not a Zero EVER)
i wasn't convince when i saw it, to be sure, i took the grip tape off, you can check the pictures, and video on google maps review, there is no zero branding anywhere, this is not my first Zero skateboard, i bought the complete skateboard because i couldn't find just the deck with that design. Ask for a refund, part of the answer: "is designed and aimed more for beginners, and will have been made slightly cheaper... due to the condition you've put it in, as our policy states all products to be returned for a refund in the original packaging, unused and in the original condition they were upon receiving " I used it once.

Good product which arrived on time. Very slight problem was sorted in a matter of minutes on a Sunday evening. Super fast response from David and superb customer service. Will buy from here again.

Amazing, I’ve ordered 3 items in the past week, 2 of which I had to return (not Natives fault..mine) the customer service is exceptional and consistent. They went above and beyond to help me rectify MY mistakes. Super fast delivery too. Beyond happy with the items I received (even the returned items) and will definitely be ordering from them again. Never will buy again from this store ordered a skatedeck and a wheel set but still hasn't received my order it has been sitting in Germany from 16.9.2020 to this day I can at least say that the customer service has been nice
