The phlebotomist was excellent. Getting the schedule right, however was a pain. I scheduled 11-1pm and they put me down for 12-2pm and I had a 2:30pm appt. So I finally had to try to contact them directly to change the schedule. The phlebotomist called me that morning and said she could come early. I was thrilled.

They way we communicated, except when you missed our appointment. I had to call to find out you wouldn't make it because of a mix up. Other than that I have no complaints, the tech that took the sample was very good.

Doctor still has not called and said why I was sent the kit. I told someone this at Natera and they called repeatedly every single day. I felt harassed by Natera and I’m considering finding a new doctor. This is a pointless test for me because my kidney failure had nothing to do with my genetics. When I told them I was waiting to hear from my doctor, they said they’d call to and then proceeded to also call me every single day for 2 weeks after I said I was not doing anything till I spoke with the doctor. And trustpilot is making me signup for emails and promotions to submit this review so that’s a bunch of crap too. Whole process is one of the most annoying to date. Never again.

My doctor requested a genetics test from Natera to provide me with information about my kidney disease. Jaimie from Natera reached out to me and was super helpful, letting me know how to navigate the process. I was informed of when the kit would arrive and when FedEx would pick it up from my front door. The kit instructions were very detailed and easy to follow, making the process quick and simple.

The process of receiving and returning the Natera test kit was nearly seamless. I was contacted via text message on day one regarding my Doctor’s order for the exam. On day two I was contacted by a customer service representative from Natera explaining the procedure to me step-by-step. The next day I received the kit and sent it back per the instructions . 2 days later I was updated that it was received by Natera. The only issue that I did encounter was an issue with the labeling. I was unsure to if the pre-filled in label or the one that I was to fill in completely, was the one to go on the specimen tubule. That could’ve been partially my fault because I removed everything from the box and bag and got it mixed up. So it may help the process to clarify a bit better which one goes where, in case one is like me and takes everything out and gets it mixed it up. 4.75 ⭐️ ‘s

My experience was more than just a company talking to a customer. I had been going through some hard times with medical procedures and was very down. Your representative made me feel at ease right away, she gave me encouragement and hope. Even my wife said if the world had more like her, navigating the medical system would be a lot less stressful. Professional thieves ,they sent me to collections after I paid for the test before it was done .
I called the billing department and spoke with representatives Jose ,Maria , Carlos and Chris nobody was able to fix the issue .aaWhen you asked for a supervisor they won’t transfer your call.
