It was so quick and easy. The portal is extremely user friendly and it gives you an expectation on when to expect results. So happy to have used them! Now we wait for the results.

It was a very seamless experience
It was a very seamless experience. From getting the kit to returning it, it was very easy to do. I also liked that I got constant communication and details through text messages to lead me through the process and follow-up. Was also very surprised at the speed of the process.

This experience was excellent
This experience was excellent. Ashley gave me great directions on how to administer the test. She was very informative about the whole process. The test came the day after her initial call and she called that same day to arrange for a FedEx pickup the next day. A very professional, quick and smooth process.

Super convenient w/great support!
I was surprised by the “heads-up” call with verbal instructions on using the simple test kit. Very reassuring about using the kit and the company behind the product.
