MyTaxe provided excellent service driving my mother from Brighton to Kent and then from Colchester back to Brighton. The drivers were punctual, professional and kind to my elderly mother. The quote for the service was very reasonable. I would definitely use MyTaxe again

Awful experience with this company. Driver drove recklessly and was watching a series/movie the whole journey with his headphones in, causing him to swerve and quickly jolt when he realised he was going into the other lane. Do not travel with Amid Zameer. Taxi company have ignored me since.

Had to move back to uni and was driven from east london to manchester in under 4 hours :) The driver was super friendly and helpful, he came early so we could beat traffic and stopped halfway for a bathroom/ lunch break!
10/10 experience overall!!

These guys helped me out by picking up my Mum who had had a fall and they brought her all the way down to Bath. The driver was kind, caring and very good. Highly recommend

Mytaxe were just what we were looking for. I needed to remotely arrange a taxi for a family member in the UK. I was able to chat online with the friendly assistant (Daisy) who was very helpful. We organised the pick-up and drop-off locations for the trip at a reasonable cost. Taxi arrived on time and provided a comfortable trip directly to the drop-off location.

Terrible scam. Wrong address given to driver and wrong destination. Paid £45 for a £7 journey. Booked at one price and then got an additional amount to pay for some.rubbish reason. DO NOT USE

It was a good experience
I was quoted a price which didn’t change. That was the price I paid.
If I asked a question it was answered within a few minutes, the taxi was on time and the driver was very friendly.
Am using on my return and would definately reccommend to family and friends

Absolute scam. Sent me a quote and asked me to confirm which I did. The next day sent me another quote saying it was more expensive could I confirm and pay a deposit which I did. Then 90min before my trip which was at 11:45pm so they know I have no other options, they told me the price had more than doubled from the original quote.

Me and my partner used Mytaxe as we couldn’t get a Uber reserve from our location (Brize Norton UK.) We were catching the Eurostar and needed a direct taxi to drop us off there as we had lots of luggage. The man who picked us up was on time and got us there at a good time even though we sat in traffic for hours. I love how they are transparent on the price before so you’re not worried you’re gonna get scammed or overcharged. They also had a what’s app to communicate through if you needed any questions asked. Will certainly use again! Thank you

Booking with Taxe was second to none. I googled Taxe online and very easily I had booked and paid a deposit through my email contact.
The taxi was punctual and I was so glad we could book a return trip- our driver was lovely and responsible - and happy to go the extra mile when we asked to pop us down to get coffees from Costa

Excellent driver, very helpful

Right from the booking till the confirmation very user friendly. WA chat with Lyra was prompt and helpful, convinced me to go with the company. Driver communication and pick up was smooth. All in all a great experience after 14 hours of travel. Will certainly use again and recommend too.
