Enroute Taxis are advertised as pet friendly on Google and DuckDuckGo. They should not have that spot because they try and rip off pet owners. I rang to book a taxi with my Chihuahua. A man who sounded Pakistani tried to get £20 off me for a journey that should have cost £10 at the most. I will report this incident because I have been told it is against the law. The receptionist at the hotel heard my conversation and booked one for me with another taxi service who charged me £10.

On time, good communication and no issues

This company seems to be a scam. We arranged taxis back in May for a July wedding - both bookings were cancelled within 15 minutes of collection time: one right before the wedding (which we almost missed as a result), and one at 1:15 in the morning (we had no other option to get home).
After the first cancellation we were able to reschedule that taxi collection for the next day, but the other unfulfilled journey has not been refunded (after 5+ working days).
Our friends who also used this taxi service for the wedding had the exact same experience - on this basis, I do not recommend to trust this company at all.

They cancelled on the day of my best friend's wedding in a remote area (and did so for other guests as well). It's been over a week and they haven't refunded me despite multiple chasers.

First and only time using these!!
Shocking, had job interview in Wales, bookies taxi 9am for 3pm,£35,expensive but needed car. 3:45still waiting and they call to tell me they charged me to little earlier, extra £10 needed. Thankfully a kind lady gave me a lift or I'd still be waiting, needless to say no refund. Absolutely appalling!

Taxi arrived in good time although pickup was in a remote rural location. Pleasant conversation with friendly taxi driver, and smooth journey.

A wonderful company, with a driver who arrived early, prepared, galvanised to help me with my bags and gave me directions on my end destination!

Reliable online booking experience - backed up with prompt email confirmation after.
Arrived within a few minutes of requested time when traffic was at its heaviest evening rush hour in Birmingham. The driver clearly knew the area well and I had a worry free journey home of well over 30 miles. I had been a day patient at Harborne Hospital and the high standard of both the car and driver of the taxi home was much appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

This company expects you to get off the plane which was five minutes late landing and getting off And getting your luggage from the carousel within 20 minutes of landing any well established company would know you got to give a minimum of 20-30 minutes at least after landing getting to your taxi pick up point then they wanted to charge me an extra £10 for waiting 40 minutes , the annoying thing was I sent them to and from flight details so they new the expected times of arrival,
Not happy with the lack of communication when I emailed them no reply so I was mithered if they were going to be at Manchester airport to pick us up luckily enough we had a top driver saleem the uber driver I gave him the £10 tip , I paid for this service of Enroute return for 5 people and 5 suitcases £160 from Atherton too Manchester return.

I never used a worse taxis company in my life .
First , I paid fortune when booking online . But I didn’t know the area so thought that maybe it’s how it costs over there .
Then the taxi didn’t appear at the booked time . I waited 10 minutes and called them , they put me on waiting for another 10 minutes and after that I was told a taxi will come within 15 minutes.
It has but when I arrived the diver asked me to pay - even if it was paid online . She said online payment doesn’t exist and I’m due to pay her the fare . She was quite rude and literally made me feel so uncomfortable, I’ve never experienced anything like that before .
Only when she rang the company they told her it was already paid .
The worst experience really , I would never use it again and I don’t recommend to anyone

never use this company scammed me, they gave a certain time they would come then delayed by 1 hour, when i cancelled they said they would refund but didnt and scammed me, will be disputing with my bank.

Absolute disaster! I prepaid for a taxi ride to get us to a specific ferry so that we could make it to a birthday cruise. The taxi never came; nor did they answer numerous phone calls and a What’s App chat. We had to scramble to find a replacement cab at the last minute. Worst of all, the charge did go through,and we have no recourse.

Driver never showed up - received tracking for the driver 40mins after purchase, at the same time as my no show message. And No refund

My taxi never showed up, there was no communication response on WhatsApp, and I have not received any refund.

The taxi was on time and we arrived to our destination safety.
