Really prompt & pleasant driver - exactly what we hoped for and couldn't ask for more.

I cannot recommend Enroute Taxis enough. I used their service to transport my children and from the very first journey, they made them feel safe and comfortable since 2024. The drivers were professional, reliable, and truly committed to their duty of care. As a parent, knowing your children are in safe hands gives you real peace of mind and Enroute consistently delivered that. Wishing the team continued success. God’s blessings.

The driver was amazing! Picked me up on time, had great conversations, very safe driving, and despite the long ride, arrived on time. Very helpful, went above and beyond. The star on this review is for him!

However, the company is a scam. Instead of dispatching a taxi, they booked an Uber through the Uber app. They charged me twice the price I would have paid through Uber. My great driver got Uber rates to drive me for two hours, and I couldn't even tip him properly, because the booking on the Uber app wasn't through me. Meanwhile, someone from Enroute Taxis got 100 pounds to click on a button in the Uber app.

Save yourself the trouble and book direct with Uber instead.

It was late and I was tentative about paying on advance for a taxi via text link before the pickup, but it was a very professional service with text updates and call from the taxi to check that my train had arrived. The taxi arrived promptly and the driver was friendly, professional and dropped us of safely. They were also cheaper than the other taxi companies I called. I will be using them again.

Request to make sure taxi was pet friendly, for the taxi to turn up and argue that he wouldn’t take it. Even though I paid an extra £5.00 to ensure pet friendly. This then made me late for my train so haveibgbto wait an extra hr to try and get home 😖

Kingstanding cars taxi i used.The driver was great but the cost for such a short journey at £17.70 from great Barr to kingstanding not having time to get another company will definitely not use again if I could put a screen shot or photo I would to prove it booking payment had to be done over separate app yes I know I paid but in an emergency to get somewhere you do just shocked at price kingstandi
