Taxi Coventry Recenzje 

Driver Ibrar tried to scam us into paying an extra parking fee so we can be dropped off at the terminal. Paid 120 pounds through sun transfers for a 20 min journey 2 adults 4 kids!!! Booked a car seat 15 extra no car seat!! Then wanted to drop us 15min walk away from terminal at 5am instead of bringing us to terminal door. Car was prepaid at the paying machine so he demanded cash which we didn’t have so he started cursing in front of our kids!! Disgusting service AVOID!

We pre booked a taxi three weeks in advance from our hotel which was approx 10/15 min taxi to the Coventry Hilton conference centre in Coventry . It was booked for 5.10 pick up . I asked my PA to check everything was okay as I had to be at a Funtion by 5.45 pm . She called the company and they said it was cancelled . No one had cancelled this . They then said it was ok and on their system . At 3.15 pm I got a call from the taxi driver to say he was outside the hotel . I explained again to them the fare was booked for 5.10 pm so he said he would return then. At 5.10 no sign of a taxi , a phone call to the company said the taxi was on its way and was quote 5 minutes away . We waited another 15 min but no taxi , we called again and the despatches said the driver was outside the Hilton Hotel in Coventry . Wrong hotel ! So they then said oh it’s ok as we have a driver who is only 5 min away . We waited a further 15 min no taxi . We called again and they said the driver was waiting outside our hotel , but we assured them that he wasn’t as we had been stood outside for a long time . We asked for the driver’s tel number . The dispatcher then said the taxi was only 6 minutes away . It turned up after 6 pm we missed out meeting briefing at the Hilton conference centre . It was extremely hot outside and we had requested a air con executive car . What turned up was a old smelly people carrier vehicle , clearly unkept and definitely no air con . The driver said their had been an accident and the routes were busy but then went on to say in broken English he wanted paying extra . I would not recommend this taxi company to anyone unless you have a lot of spare time on your hands and enjoy chasing them up to then have a unclean vehicle to transport you in !!

Specified on the phone the taxi was for a dog, person turned up and would only accept if he was a guide dog. Already waited 10 mins and the guy literally rolled up his window and left. Was told it would be another 15 mins from central. I've already been charged and no taxi. Fed up.

Drive pick me up on time

Taxi was well on time and the driver was polite and friendly.

The driver was lovely and friendly but the company ripped me off charging more because I'm in a wheelchair. I paid more than double the amount that a normal customer would pay, but I needed to book it because I had 2 important appointments to get to.

I had an outstanding experience with my taxi driver. The car was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. He was punctual, polite, and drove safely throughout the journey. He even helped with my bags and made sure I got to my destination on time. Definitely one of the best rides I’ve had – highly recommend and will book again!
