Excellent safe service got me to my destination and nice man drove me good conversation

Why was this?

Safely dropped off and can was on time

Driver was amazing and if i had to rate on him alone he would 5 stars. The experience of the company however will be 1 star. Didnt answer calls. Charged more than what they were paying the driving by over 30%. Needed to get driver to help solve the issue and threaten legal action before we could move and delayed us in our travel by over an hour

Pickup went smoothly .. arrived right on schedule.

Excellent. Super accommodating. They picked me up from Alnwick railway station at 11:30pm when no other taxi company would do. They even accommodated by late running train.

Not available by phone and 80% commission to platform, nothing to driver

If ICould’ve given this company zero stars I absolutely would’ve done. They left my 15-year-old son 5 miles away from Home and no contact to say that they weren’t coming to pick him up. I had to source another taxi company to collect him so he got home safely. This company is absolutely disgusting seriously unprofessional and I would advise never to use this company for taxi in the future.

Despite booking a pet friendly taxi, he refused to take my dog! After checking with the office, he accepted to take the dog home, bit continued to complain for the entire journey. This was entirely unfair as I had disclosed at the time of booking that I needed a pet friendly taxi, and conformed that the pet was indeed a dog!

Easy to book, taxi arrived on time, in fact early. Driver was very helpful and friendly.

Payed in advance had to change time , my fault. Payed another £10 fair enough. Taxi didn't turn up . Ended up paying for an uber.
We have received a refund. But we didn't get back to hotel till 12 30 am. Very disappointing after an extremely long day .

Taxi never arrived despite pre booking 2 weeks previously. Was on a hen party in the middle of nowhere so had pre booked for thar reason. When I phoned they said there was no driver available so had cancelled the taxi! Luckily, managed to get a lift from one of the hen party ladies as she'd only 1 drink. Otherwise, we would have been stuck in the middle of nowhere! Awful service and am appalled they could leave someone in the middle of nowhere despite pre booking!

Arrived very quickly, smooth journey with air con on.

The taxi was ordered days in advance for 11.45pm Sunday Manchester. It didnt come. The co. said there were no taxi drivers on the road. All I kept getting was sorry sorry sorry but it left 2 ladies stranded in m'ter without adequate wifi to find an alternate route home. Appalling service (despite the refund)

My driver was amazing , he went above and beyond to make my journey as comfortable as possisble, i would book him again. The only down fall was how much is that he was only payed £15 out of the £48 that you charged me for his serives and i thin kyhat is outragous.. but all in all 10/10 for thos jind driver . Id book hkm again butni wouldnt book him through y I your selvesv. The stars are purelyfor this druver,

I booked the taxi weeks in advance but it didn’t turn up, I called the office who stated it would arrive in six minutes I received a call from driver stating he’d arrived to pick us up but he was at the Eden Project which was our destination not our pick up. I called office again but they hung up on me eventually an Uber that I hadn’t booked turned up and got us to the Eden Project an hour later than planned. Drive was five minutes and I was charged £38! On a positive note they did turn up later in the evening to collect us.
