Super trip everything went fine from pick up to deliver!

Driver was on time and had excellent communication as our flight was delayed. He was really friendly and helpful however, the car was really smelly. It smelled really strongly of stale cigarettes and cheap body spray, like he’d sprayed Linx or something to cover up the smell of the stale smoke. It was so bad it made us feel sick.

The car was also really warm but the air conditioning was broken so we had to wind down the windows but it was also raining so that wasn’t ideal, although it did help with the smell.

The gentleman who were driving were really good at it. Overall, I had a good experience:)

A little disappointed. On both trips the drivers were late, 40 minutes late on the return journey. The arrival journey was okay and the driver was friendly. We chatted for most of the way. The driver on the return journey would not talk to me. He told me to sit in the back and, although I tried to make a conversation, he never spoke a word for the entire three hours journey until we approached the airport when he asked which terminal I needed. When I got out he did wish me a safe journey but usually I get friendly drivers so, yes. I was a little disappointed

Lot of difficulties making the booking. Language barrier part of the issue. Suggest if you are in England you have some one who understands English making the booking. Phone calls and multiple emails to sort the booking.

Driver showed up 40 minutes late for the pick up. On a Sunday morning?

We noticed him nodding off on the drive.

We had made it clear we would be paying by credit card but driver was surprised and looking for cash. GBP 375 each way.

Driver on his phone most of the time. Dropped his phone while on the highway and we had to stop for him to retrieve it. Then he continued texting on his phone while we were stopped waiting for him to finish.

Made a rest stop and had to wait again for the driver 15 minutes before he returned. Again on his phone.

His time was more important than ours apparently

Never again.

Worst experience ever!
I had a quote from them in writing (!) and when I was about to book, luckily I double checked the details… all was right except the price!!! They wanted 50% more for the trip than quoted, unbelievable!! Will never ever use them!

Her detailed update in Whatsapp helped a lot. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained. Punctuality is another strong point as the driver was already waiting to pick from airport. Overall, they provide good service with value for money, especially for travelers looking for a hassle-free, private transfer option.

Mircea Constantin was an impeccable driver and excellent at service! Wow! He was also extremely hands-on and very helpful. I can’t recommend him enough. Great service and timely response from the team as well. Everything was SEAMLESS!

Worst travel company, even the driver didn't recommend them. They refused to provide invoice or VAT number, which is consumer's right by law. Also there are many fake reviews and they are actually based in India, not in the UK.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Mircea Constantine. He ensured my ride was comfortable and that I stayed well-hydrated throughout the long journey. Mircea was incredibly kind and went above and beyond by helping me with my heavy luggage, even carrying it up three flights of stairs to my new place, which he didn’t have to do. His kindness and professionalism made a stressful moving day much easier. I had a very positive experience, and I highly recommend him.

Excellent service, at all customer contact points

I needed a taxi from Heathrow to Hampshire in the UK. I booked the same day. When I arrived there had been a problem with the driver so there was a delay of about 30-40 minutes at Heathrow until the stand-in driver could get there. Then very smooth - nice driver.

amazing service, I called to confirm and they answered the call saying my name and they knew all about my booking without me having to mention reference number etc. Very, very slick and professional service which is just what you need sometimes!
And the driver we got should be on a cat walk lol, very nice driver indeed!!

Driver was prompt, pleasant and the vehicle was immaculate. Very happy customer. This is the 3rd time I've used them.

Booked from Greece through the site for a Heathrow to Colchester journey. Procedure was smooth, the rate was fare and communication prompt allthough only after me mailing them and somewhat late as it occured only the day before my arrival. The driver Mr Mircea Constantin Alexandrescu was very punctual, kept contacting me to keep me updated and drove fast but safely. Thank you Mircea. I have used mytaxe several times before and I remember once to have the worst experience of my life but it was because of the driver who did not appear and they were trying to find someone else last minute.
