This product works very well. I had issues with the initial instructions provided but customer support helped flawlessly. The number on the website seems like a no go but the email works perfectly. I feel like they can improve on the instructions for every vehicle because the video for my Kia Cadenza was not uploaded as well as update or remove the phone number online but other than that this is a great product and a great, helpful company. I highly recommend.

I received a kit for my 2015 Genesis sedan as a gift for Christmas. I ran into a couple issues that were completely my fault. I reached out to support and emailed back and forth with Natalie. This is a 2nd purchase of this Plug and play remote starter. I purchased one for my 2019 Tuscon 2 years ago and have had no issues. Just purchased another one for my daughters Tuscon. Natalie in customer service super helpful. Was going to return cuz daughter was going to trade her car in. Natalie took care of everything. But we decided to keep the car so ended up keeping the remote start. Did not install yet as car is being worked on but I'm sure there will be no problems.

The remote start was just as described. The plug and play was wonderful. It was install by a 16 year old in less than two hours. The first night after it was installed, we woke up to -17 degree weather. The car started right up.

Our daughter is still getting the hang of starting it with her key fob. For some reason she puts her car into panic mode and we haven't figured out why. Her father and I don't have that problem so it is not the fob or install, just her fingers.

I just finished installing MyKey Premium on my 2012 Hyundai Sonata, and it works perfectly. Although the installation of the driver side cable was a bit difficult, it's just because of my large arms and hands. This was an excellent purchase, and it's already relieving the stress of starting my car in cold weather, with the added features of automatic locking and unlocking!

The remote starter for my 2013 Hyundai Elantra works great. I had to take a glovebox out to reach the smartkey module, which took me some time. Once accessed, it was straightforward. I’m happy with it so far.

I installed remote starter on a 2021 hyundai tuscon did not work properly Contacted Mykeypremium tried the phone number listed (does not work) emailed told them my issue they had me install a new battery in my fob and reinstall the starter does not work. I emailed them requesting a refund (they do not respond) in the return policy it states you need authorization to return but they do not respond when you request a refund SCAM

After putting in My Key remote star into a 2019 Hyundai Tucson it didn’t work. Tried calling support each time after about seven rings it hung up. It’s been weeks tried everything on YouTube and still the remote start. Didn’t work too late to return. You have to return within two weeks.

I’ve been using this remote start system for a few months now, and it’s been a great addition to my 2017 Genesis G80. The range is good enough. Installation was a bit tricky, but with the help of the customer service team, I got it done. I got it in January so it was especially useful in winter when I can start my car from inside my house and avoid getting into a cold car. Highly recommend this system.
