My 2026 has started off fantastic with this company! I’ve had the greatest pleasure with the customer service and they were even kind enough to send a harness that I was missing. The install was super easy. Like they have it described, it’s 100% plug and play. I HIGHLY recommend this to other drivers, friends, and family.

I ordered Hyundai Elantra Remote Starter 2021-2023 key ignition as my nephew's Christmas gift. I didn't realize his was 2024 model. I sent an email to support and they were very prompt in replying. They asked me to send a few pics of the car. They told me to try installing and let them know if there were any issues. We installed this remote starter and it worked without any issues. MyKeyPremium should update their model year in description, so people can buy with confidence. Great Job. 👍

Product works great so far on my wife’s 2021 Hyundai Venue. Ran into a little issue during the install but customer service was very quick to respond via email. A little difficult to reach the harnesses behind the glovebox but that’s just normal problems with small cars. All and all so far so good.

Remote start kit works great , my wife is happy! Although I ordered a 2013-17 i30/Elantra GT kit, it did not fit my 2014 Elantra GT. It seems my 2014 Elantra GT is exactly like 2010-2016 Elantra. There is no video but there is a pdf they will send you and Natalie in the support team's very helpful and got the exchange product out to me quickly! I must also thank Chad Campbell in the reviews for pointing out the the glove box removal in the Elantra and my 14 GT. THANK YOU!!!!!

I would like to acknowledge Natalie for her attention to customer service. I installed the mykey premium in a 2019 Kia Optima and had a small issue with the alarm activating when using the remote start. After a quick phone call that was surprisingly answered by a human( Natalie) , we discussed my issue while she took my info and forwarded it to the technical department. I immediately received an email detailing how to rectify my issue. The remote start works perfectly now.

After installing the remote start in my daughter's 2015 Hyundai Sonata I had an issue with the car alarm going off. After exchanging a couple of emails with Natalie at Mykeypremium she was able to help me resolve the issue with the aid of tech support. I have been more than pleased with the product despite the small setback. Natalie with customer service has been wonderful throughout the whole procedure. If you are in the market for a remote start for your Hyundai, Kia, or Genesis vehicle then I would definitely recommend this company.

I purchased a unit for my mother’s 2020 Tucson push start and although I followed the instructional video(s) to the letter it would not start the car, the buttons on the key fob didn’t work either. This was a Christmas present but despite the holiday, customer service still responded in a timely manner and worked to resolve my issue over a few days time. They ended up sending me a new unit which I just got around to installing today. Everything is working as intended! I’m very grateful for their stellar customer service. Item ships quickly, it’s very easy to follow install instructions, and if all else fails, they’re just an email away to back you up.

The original item received had the incorrect wiring harness. Customer service took care of this issue in a timely manner and sent a replacement and after that, installation and function of the item is flawless.

The item purchased works just as expected, what was unexpected was the amazing customer service. There was some installation questions pertaining to the QR code provided but those were mitigated by quick responses from the customer service department. They were informative and extremely helpful, resulting in a seamless install once i had all the information. I will be using this company for future purchases and business.

Purchased the car starter for son’s 2023 Kia Forte with Keyed start. After receiving the unit I installed it and it would not start the car. I contacted customer via email and we tried a couple of things with no luck. They wasted no time and sent me a replacement unit 2 day shipping. I got the unit installed once it came in and it worked flawlessly. Thank you so much for the great customer service!

Shipped quickly. Install video was right on the money. Other than a factory plug that was difficult to unplug, it went super easy and well. Works as advertised and the support was great. Highly recommend this product!

The product arrived in four days. Installation is very easy following the steps explained in the video; it only took me 20 minutes to install. At first, I thought it wasn't working because it took a few minutes to react; perhaps the car's computer needed to recognize it. I'm very satisfied; the car starts perfectly.

My son purchased My Key Premium remote start a few years ago and I helped him install it. It was easy to install and worked well with the original Kia key fob.
It stopped working sometime over the summer; we didn't attempt to use it until recently. What impressed me the most was the thorough tech support I received after contacting them about the issue. I was able to resolve the issue with their help and it's working properly again. (I believe a mechanic had temporarily disconnected the car battery so My Key Premium needed to be reset following a specific procedure). I highly recommend this product.

I installed the Kit but it wasn't working properly so I sent an email to customer support on a Saturday afternoon and within maybe 2 hours they replied with additional instructions for my hybrid, it took 2 minutesto fix. It works amazing and wish I had this years ago. I highly recommend, love the fact too that you was your existing key fob. I also will say that a 45 degree angle long nose pliers made it a lot easier to pull out the connectors.

I had purchased one of their kits for a '21 Velo N and it came in very quickly. I had encountered an issue with the installation and it would not work.
I had reached out to them via email and in less than 30 minutes they emailed back were working with me and a solution.
In the end I was able to get it to work perfectly the same day I had reached out. They were very freindly and it did not feel like I was reaching out to a cut and paste response tier 1 support desk.

I had an issue with my device but after I contacted MyKey. The associate Natalie was very promt to resolve the mistake, so if I left a review 1 week ago. It would not have been good but she made the situation better than the outcome from the situation that I would have expected. Which is why 5☆ was left because it was earned.

This was my first time installing anything on my car, it was difficult at first, it’s because, each model is different, some look exactly the same on the outside but different on the inside. However, I was able to both contact customer seen through email and phone and was able to get continuous help throughout the process, of course I did my own research along with the help but in the end the product is amazing and perfect for winter when you are running late for work!
