Would put negative stars if i could. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I ordered an exhaust with a stated 2-week lead time, only to be told after 2 weeks that it would actually take another 2 weeks due to increased orders. That was fine. Then after waiting a full month, I contacted them again and was told there had been a “system error” and my order was NEVER EVEN PROCESSED in the first place.
Frustrated, I requested a refund, which I was told would take 7–10 business days. Once again, I received zero proactive communication and had to constantly chase them up myself for updates. Every response was just the same copy-paste “wait 7–10 days” with absolutely no proof or transparency provided. 10th business day rolled around and I reached out again. After urgently requesting proof of the refund, i get sent the confirmation email that my refund was processed. Seems to me like they never did it in the first place just like everything else. Had to reach out myself to get ANYTHING done.
After requesting official confirmation that my refund had actually been processed, along with escalation to a supervisor because the customer service was beyond incompetent, both requests were completely ignored. When I attempted to call the business, the phone would ring out and hang up despite them answering my email seconds before, making it seem like they were actively avoiding my calls. I even reached out through Instagram out of desperation and was BLOCKED instead of helped.
Not once was I aggressive or rude. Actually I was quite understanding throughout the process until it got too far. No accountability, no communication, no apology, and zero professionalism throughout this entire process. A company taking thousands from customers should not be operating like this. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Waste of my time and energy.

The reason for the cancellation is the delay in the delivery of the product.
The store informed me that the product would arrive within a maximum of two weeks, and after this period the merchandise did not arrive.
I have repeatedly asked the store to inform me if the product was arriving, and they simply replied that they did not know the whereabouts of the item.
For this reason, I request a full refund of the amount paid to this store to the account used for the purchase.

The service is horrible
The service is horrible. I’ve been waiting three months for an Austin Racing system, and every time I call, they give me the same excuse and fail to resolve the problem. The service is truly terrible; personally, I will never buy from that place again. The worst part of the whole situation is that I’ve already paid them, yet I’ve received nothing—they won't even provide a tracking number so I can check on the package, offering only the same old excuse that they can't get in touch with the manufacturer.

Really great experience with these guys. They answered emails quickly as to restocking the FP4 tuner that was sold out at the time. After ordering it, the parcel got here to Australia in only 6 days. Price was good too

I ordered parts from Bill's they couldn't fill the order and they canceled the order and I still haven't received a refund, now they will not respond to email or phone messages, they never seem to be in to answer phone.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY!!!

I had changed my order and when I called it was a seamless effort. Was able make the change with no hesitation. Highly recommend to do business with. The exhaust that I got was exactly as it was described. Also fast shipping.
No communication pre-sale that it would take over a week to ship the product.
After receiving the receipt from purchase, there was no follow up status for when it will be shipped, I assumed at the latest it would be the next day… not the next week. I had to call for the status as I had received nothing from them

Waited to order and wanted to charge more
I wasn’t thinking I would do this but I ordered an exhaust for almost $4k back in November and made contact to see when it would come in they replied saying it should be a week or 2 . Fast forward to the end of Jan. Still no exhaust and they forgot or just didn’t order the part and wanted me to pay an extra 1600 for tariffs. I asked for my money back they replied with 7-10 business days, Meantime I ordered the exhaust from another supplier (moto million) and have already received it (took 2 weeks on the dot) then my refund went through after I received the exhaust from the other supplier bills exhaust dropped the ball hard. it costed me 1100 less than what bills was wanting and it was less of a headache and wait time. I order a lot of parts from companies and I will not be using them in the future.. I suggest using someone else
