Warning Warning Warning...Read Return Policy
Warning Warning Warning.... read the fine print in return policy. Item ordered was incorrectly listed on web site and with generic DuaParts picture. Called Customer Svc number before ordering and they confrirmed it was part needed. Return policy states they will provide return shipping, but they make excuses and add on a 20% MONEY GRAB restocking fee. Won't be buying from this vender every again. Stick with Amazon, it's a better choice.

We need to correct several statements in this review.
The item shipped was the exact OEM part number selected and purchased. The product listing reflects the manufacturer’s official description and classification.
We have no record of any phone call confirming or recommending a specific part number prior to purchase. All orders are fulfilled strictly based on the OEM part number selected by the customer at checkout.
Our return policy clearly discloses a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is only covered when an incorrect item is shipped, which was not the case here.
The part delivered matches the manufacturer’s specifications and the part number ordered.

We only cancel orders in cases of unexpected stock discrepancies when the item cannot be sourced. In this case, your order was placed at 13:30 and canceled within about an hour after verification.

We’re sorry for the confusion. The sensor shipped was the exact part number ordered, and the claim that an incorrect part was sent is false. The product image used is the manufacturer-supplied image for that part number.
We understand you were unhappy with the restocking fee; however, it is applied in accordance with our published return policy. Despite this being an electrical component, we approved the return as a courtesy.
Orders are fulfilled strictly by part number
Duaparts.com never answers or returns any calls and they advertised parts they cannot get.
I placed an order for a part that Duaparts.com advertised for sale. I called duaparts asking if they had this particular part number in stock. They do not answer their phone calls although their website says in multiple places; "Have Questions? 24/7 Customer Service - We’re here and happy to help!" They do not call you back. The part ordered did not say out of stock on their website and their website let the order go through as a sale although they didnt stock it. Hours later they sent me a text saying that they did not have it in stock ! Now I have to order elsewhere and apply for and wait for a refund.
In reply to Duaparts response to my review: Nowhere do they say that they will text you. You call Duaparts and they never answer and never return your call. Much later they texted my phone after I had already placed the order and no longer had my phone with me. They said they dont have the part that I just ordered from them earlier that day and they gave me an alternative that they said did have the part. The alternative that they gave me did not have that part either, untrue again. Duaparts then said I was confused about which company I placed the order with. Confused about who I placed the order with? Why would I not know who I ordered from ? I had my receipt from them in my hand. Then they said "We also mentioned to you multiple times that your card was never charged." They just completely fabricated that statement too. They never texted anything to me saying that at all.

We’d like to clarify a few points. You received a text response within ONE HOUR of your inquiry confirming that the part was not available and explaining the situation. While we were unable to return the call, we did respond promptly to your text message and also gave you an alternative of where to find that part.
At that time, you were also confused about which company the order was placed with, which we clarified immediately once the order number was provided.
We also mentioned to you multiple times that your card was never charged and you dont have to wait for a refund.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
The customer service guy was very helpful.

The 5-day transit to California is normal for UPS, and shipping speed after pickup is outside our control. We appreciate your business and hope to get 5-stars next time :)

I will use this company again, there was a glitch in the order. One of my items did not make it with the original order. They sent me an email said they would do their best to fulfill it as quick as they could. I sent them an email they corresponded back with me in a timely manner. My order was filled five days later as far as I’m
concern great job. I will use them again. I have my parts to complete my project. Good customer service five stars.

ORDERED THE PART AND IT WAS WRONG !!!!!
TRIED TO CALL SO MANY TIMES BUT NO CALL BACK IN 29 DAYS !!!!
I HAD 30 DAYS TO RETURN THE PART !!!!
ALSO, EMAILED THEM, THEY REPLIED AND INSTRUCTED ME TO GO TO THEIR WEBSITE AND RETURN IT BUT I NEEDED TO GET THEIR RMA NUMBER IN ORDER TO RETURN.
I WENT TO THEIR WEBSITE AND THERE WAS AN ERROR AND COULD NOT MAKE THE RETURN, THAT'S WHY I KEPT CALLING BUT NO ANSWER AT ALL !!!

After that message, no reply, no return request, and no follow-up were ever made until nearly a month later, on the final day of the return window. Our email and call logs confirm that there were no additional attempts to contact us during that time.
