They had the top quality part that I was looking for at a reasonable price. After receiving it, I ordered another set. I got both quicker than expected to boot.

Quick delivery and responded the same day order placed to let me know one was on backorder. They asked if I wanted to proceed with other part and offered a discount for inconvenience.

You sent me the wrong item and I have been trying to call you and I have left several messages and no calls returned I would rate a zero if it was available

It’s fascinating that you claim we sent you the wrong item. The reality is:

1. You ordered an OEM Freightliner drain valve.
2. We shipped you exactly that, within the normal UPS Ground delivery window.

Later, you admitted in writing: “When I ordered the drain valve I assumed it would come with the cable attached.”

So the problem wasn’t that we sent the wrong part — it’s that you assumed it came with something it never has, and that was never advertised.

We take pride in providing genuine OEM Freightliner parts and timely service to thousands of customers who appreciate accuracy and honesty. If your way of doing business involves making false claims and leaving misleading reviews, then you are right — we’re not the right company for you, and we don’t want your business.

Good quality air dryer

Good quality air dryer. Came well packaged. Price was competitive but shipping seemed high. I just wish I could remove my old air dryer that seems to be stuck…

Well even though my problem wasn't resolve from the part that I order, the communication between Duaparts was very good and I was refunded for the part.
