Placed an order and they canceled it the next day with no explanation or communication. They suck.

Horrible experience, ordered 6 hoses, paid extra for next day air, received 4 days later and only received 2 hoses…a week later after constantly going back and forth with customer service via email because they won’t give you a number to call, they say it is an insurance claim and will advise…??? Package arrived in undamaged condition and was clearly untampered with. They short shipped the order intentionally and refuse to send the rest of the order or refund the missing items or shipping costs that they did not meet. Absolute SCAM! Do not use this company and AVOID at all costs even if it means having a truck down for a couple days you will be much better off than dealing with this incompetent company.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Purchased an item online, got all the bells & whstles saying my shipping was free. Received a request for another $160 for shipping and when I questioned them, I got an email saying they cancelled my order! Save your money and buy somewhere else. They claim I threatened them. The only threat was to make sure everyone knew not to trust "free shipping". I'm permanently banned-LOL! Like I would buy from them again. There should be a disclaimer that states oversized LTlLqwll incur freight charges.

Scam website do not order. Very bad experience spent over thousands of dollar and not got a refund had to do a dispute with bank had me make a police report in order to refund money. Don’t fall for their price lowering scam on the parts.

Do not use them. Very unprofessional, sent wrong parts and didn't send parts i ordered, made a big deal out of it and never responded back to me or sent parts or issued a refund to me. DO NOT USE THEM! I sent documentation of this all and they say it was sent when it wasn't and had to source to a professional site that sent the right stuff and communicated.

Website is a scam. Nobody answers phone and when I finally got a reply through email they were very rude and hostile when I tried to cancel order. Had to do a charge back in order to get my money back. Stay away from this website.

This company could be a scam. We mutually canceled an order they could not fill and are giving me the run around on crediting my CC back, customer service reps are nasty and useless. STAY AWAY!!!!

ZERO STARS if possible. SCAM - A.I run, no customer service. Paid for next day air.....Shipping notification sent with no tracking.....Talked to a computer for 3 days..Obviously no parts next day. DON'T DO IT

got the item after 3 week from order date. called and emailed them to cancel since it was taking so long to get. now trying to get anybody not the AI person to try to get return info. will probably dispute it with cc company and if i get it reverse i will send it back.

Ordered 4 specialty bolts, $9.85 each. Smoking deal. Presumably in stock according to the website. Overnight shipping selected for $44. I need these bad. Four days go by, nothing. I never manage to get past the AI phone system to talk to a person. Finally, an email response but nothing helpful immediately. Kind of reassuring though. Late on the fourth day, I get tracking information. OK, late but at least we will have our bolts so I can run the excavator. Package arrives the next day (day 5)...ONE BOLT. After all of that, they can't even ship what we ordered. Several emails back and forth, I get a partial refund for the missing bolts though it is NOT what I asked for. I WANTED THE MISSING BOLTS. Mike was helpful though, I don't think he has any control over the mess that is this company. He would probably be appreciated elsewhere.

If there was a possibility to give a review of no stars I would. I purchased an item with the exact same number that dealer provided. When the item arrived it was not what dealer said it would be. I reached out to CS long story short they said absolutely nothing can be done. Representavive was very rude and seemed as tho she/he was trying to intimidate me. Refused to provide me with any other phone number. Returning item will cost the same as purchasing again, over 350 dollars. Ridiculous

They took my money and never shipped the parts. I asked for updates and got the run around for 2 months. "Checking with warehouse" was the most common reply. When I asked for a refund, 2 months after I ordered the parts, they told me they'd have to wait and see if their insurance company would cover it. I never heard from them again, nor would they respond back to emails. I would give them a zero star if it was an option.

They took my money. I had to email them to get order status. They told me they can't find any of these parts in the world but they're still looking. They did offer for me to get a refund. I figured I would give it some time for them to find the parts. They delivered just 3 bags of latches with with multiple items still pending ($300). Thought I would finally give up waiting and get a refund for the rest. Interesting that they now show everything being delivered with the return window closed 1 month after the latches showed up. USPS doesn't even have tracking available on this anymore. I can see why Amazon is taking over now. It's all good. This taught me a lesson and forced me to design and 3d print my own parts. Hope this saves you some grief! Spread the word.

Terrible company to work with provided the wrong item and refused to issue a refund. Absolutely terrible

Ordered $1154.00 dollars worth of parts, never showed up after 28 days. After contacting them for status, they informed us of a undetermined backorder, which is not true, several other vendors have the product available. After cancelling the order, they will not provide proof of a refund being issued to my credit card. Steps had to be taken to rectify with the credit card company. Don't waste your time or energy with this company.

Don't buy anything from this company. I had a small order of special fine thread metric nuts and bolts. They mailed the nuts only, no bolts! I emailed customer service and three stupid emails later still no bolts! Screw this company! Everette Smith

Responding to the continued lies with this clown show, they responded to my review with "As already advised, a secondary supplier fulfilled this order. You were advised and updated all the way through the process as well as fulfillment and delivery."

That is a bold face lie, I emailed these scammers over and over and over until I finally threatened to chargeback the order a month after it was placed which finally triggered a very unprofessional response of "Keep your threats and nonsense to yourself. It shows it's been fulfilled on our end. Let me call on it quick."

Still waiting on that call or another email response with the tracking they claim to have provided along with the excellent communication they also claim they provided us holding our hands through the whole process they claim. Let it be known the only email I recieved from BuyParts.Online was when they charged me for the items I never received. Never once did they contact me about anything, many ignored emails is what prompted the chargeback notice.

I ordered a brand new air seat for my truck, got an order confirmation, then got a second email today, March 27th 2026, that the part I ordered wasn't available "anywhere in the world" but they went ahead and put in an "expedited backorder with the OEM that they decided to place for me without contacting me first to see what I wanted to do. I didn't know other people got to make $1,000 decisions for me. Not only did they do that, but they charged my credit card 2 days earlier! I sent them a nasty-gram telling them to cancel my order and refund my card, told them they seem like scammers and if they didn't refund my card, I was going to get them shut down. Like a previous gentleman wrote, I should have done my due diligence by checking their reviews, but gotta hand it to them, their website is impressive. I got a reply email a little earlier today from them stating that the order was cancelled and to stop the "nonsense", but my card had not yet been credited. I replied "no nonsense, I will believe it when I see the refund on my card" And that their reputation is horrible and find another line of work. My credit card company will do a charge-back if necessary. It would be prudent for them to "expedite" my refund.

I bought 12 wheels for some dump trucks and they said it was backordered until finally they said it had said had ben shipped months ago via USPS
