Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!
My truck broke down, so on July 20 I ordered a critical part from this company and paid an extra $80 for overnight shipping because I had a freight load that needed to be delivered by Wednesday.
The part never arrived the next day. It didn’t arrive the day after either. Over those two days I called this company more than 50 times. Not a single person answered. The automated system kept repeating the same message telling me to leave a voicemail. I left countless voicemails and sent numerous support requests.
Instead of helping, customer support responded with rude comments implying that I didn’t know how to read. Every request for a UPS tracking number was completely ignored.
After waiting two full days without receiving the part, I completely lost confidence in your company. Had you simply provided a tracking number, I could have confirmed that the shipment was actually on its way. Instead, every request was ignored, leaving me with no reason to believe the order had even been shipped.
At that point, I had no choice but to dispute the transaction with my bank and immediately purchase the same part from another supplier. I paid for overnight shipping again, and unlike this company, they actually delivered the part the very next day.
My truck was repaired on July 23, but because of this company’s negligence I delivered my load late, incurred penalties, lost income, and had to pay for two extra hotel nights while waiting for a part that never came.
A week later they finally shipped their part - long after it was no longer needed.
Instead of apologizing for their failure, they sent me an email accusing me of “fraud,” threatening criminal prosecution, collections, and even jail time.
This company failed to provide the service I paid for, ignored dozens of calls and messages, refused to provide tracking information, caused me significant financial losses, and then tried to intimidate me with legal threats instead of taking responsibility.
I strongly encourage anyone considering buying from this company to read the reviews first. I wish I had. Save yourself the stress, lost money, and terrible customer service - buy somewhere else.

Placed an order for 4 items only received 3 will not return calls just a joke to deal with this company I have reached out multiple times no response so now I'm out 90.00 for three screws what a crock of crap!

I received the wrong item, and while my return was approved, the company never provided legitimate return instructions. Instead, they repeatedly told me to "return to sender" after the package had already been delivered and opened, despite USPS not allowing that. I repeatedly requested a prepaid return label, but they ignored those requests.

After weeks of trying to resolve the issue, I filed a credit card dispute. Only then did they issue a refund, followed by emails accusing me of fraud and threatening attorneys and collections instead of simply providing a return label.

This should have been an easy customer service issue to resolve. I cannot recommend this company.

I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering from this terrible company. There is a reason they have 1.3 stars.

I ordered a part I needed ASAP so I paid the 2 day shipping. 5 days later they still had not sent the part. I emailed to cancel and refund my money as I got what I needed from a reputable dealer in the mean time. I was told its the shipping companies fault (which it was not) and "read the shipping policy". When I pointed out it was not their fault, it took 5 days to get to the shipper, I was told "Grow up and learn to read. We arent your babysitter."

By the way their chat feature and phone help is non existent. They only respond with rude emails.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I seen hiw they treated a friend who ordered a part from them. They shipped the wrong and thdn said it was "superceded" which was incorrect. Don't buy from this Company!! They are in business to screw the customer in anyway possible!! Stay away!!

Not a fake review, 100% authentic. This just shows what a fraud this company is. Ordered a truck AC hose and received a totally different hose and part # than ordered. They told me no refunds. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Everything is AI and its impossible to speak to a real person.

Ordered 2 seat covers and 2 seat cushions. Received seat covers but no cushions. Took three weeks of emailing to find out they cancelled that line item (while getting responses about them checking on it, checking with warehouse, checking cameras??, etc.) Thankfully they only charged me for what they sent, but they couldn't see in their own system that they cancelled the other item? Also, very short, non descriptive, and rude responses along the way. Wish I read some of these reviews before I ordered.

Response received is untrue. I have an email thread that proves otherwise.

Unsurprisingly, the one star review I left on their own site has been removed. Only 5 star reviews exist there.

If there’s 0 I would have given them what they deserve, I ordered 3 pieces of bumper reinforcement 2 in one package 📦 came and one was missing and when I contacted them immediately with screenshot of UPS prof of delivery their response for 4 weeks “we will check” and never got a clear answer. If I red the reviews before I wouldn’t order from them as some else stated “they are scammers take your money and no part shipped” DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I asked in their char if part was really on hand and told it was ordered part weighted 3 days and was told for some unknow reason, we have to cancel order now i have to weight 10 Bunnses days I asked to talk to manager repletely, nothing. I put my negative star rating and explained situation, they deleted it and now i know why all their reviews are 5 stars, because its screened.
Do not buy from this company they don't even list their address.

I've been trying to order a part that is in stock , continues to be cancelled and I can not be able to talk to anyone why! Tried both calling and contact us with no results!

Ordered $151 part in March never received it UPS forwarded the paperwork you claimed the part was only worth $100. UPS sent them a check on 16 June and I still don’t have a check. Here’s the email I just sent them.
On July 16 2026 you cashed a refund from UPS CK NUMBER
6369738 in the amount of $ 100.00 concerning a shipment that I never received.
Please forward that to me, I still don’t have the $151.00 dollar part I ordered. Your order number 73277. You replied to UPS THE VALUE WAS $100.00!!!
Obviously UPS agrees that they never delivered the package otherwise they would’ve not sent you the $100 you claimed that Delivery was worth when an actuality it was $151
For a months you keep saying refer to our terms and agreements. And now it’s obvious that you just look to keep $100 on top of the $150. I paid you and never received the part you claim it was delivered UPS says differently otherwise they would’ve not sent you the check. This company never answered the phone everything done by a condescending computer replies. Their location at a phone number of 888-497-4887 . This is where the Cass County sheriffs office phone number 701-241-5640 will be serving them the summons to return the money they’ve stolen from me. I should have looked at past comments and reviews of this company before I allowed them to steal $151 and hide the $100 UPS already paid them as a refund for the non-delivered item UPS lost it UPS paid for it and buyparts on line keeps the money then and hide behind computer voice generated excuse excuses. I have documented everything with emails and correspondence with UPS and I’ve turned everything over to the cash County sheriffs office to get my 151.00 dollars in all legal reimbursement to secure my money back. My advice is to stay away from doing any kind of business with this theft by deception organization.

Please read a stay away from this co. They are scammers and there business practices are horrible I have been waiting for a part that I paid extra money to have shipped 2 day an after 4 days find out it’s still not shipped when I tried to get a refund they claim it shipped and I contacted the post office to find out they only created a shipping label

Ordered 5 items and received only 1. Instead of investigating their packing records or shipping process, the company immediately shifted the blame to the customer.

The worst part was their response. Customer service sent an email containing personal insults, called my concerns “nonsense” and “stupidity,” and even threatened legal action instead of addressing the missing items.

This is not how a professional business handles a legitimate customer complaint. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Placed 2 orders, they took the money and never shipped the parts, didn't answer my emails to check status, if they don't have the parts in stock they shouldn't take your money and give you a false ETA. Still waiting for my refund.

Called “Buy Parts” and not “Receive Parts” for a reason. Placed an order and only received part of it. Contacted them and was stonewalled for weeks. Finally sought a partial refund through my credit card and now they are threatening legal action. They have been entirely unpleasant to deal with and I’d recommend strongly against doing business with them.

Price is double what local vendors charge for fender washers. Not worth the slow shipment time.confusing return policy, Dispute credit card charges and return the product. Very rude behavior. Never use this company...they don't even follow their own policies. Email representative was very rude and distasteful towards me. They have parts listed in stock but actual don't have the parts. I never dealt with such an company that does business like this. Luckily I paid through PayPal and they are on the case now. This company should not be in business. Is the lowest rating a 1 star, because they don't deserve that...it more like a ZERO star.
