This is a scam. I used to find a missing friend as it says you just need their number but then you need app and the other person to agree….. he was lost, he’s not going to agree. So I thought I cancelled it and 3 days later for an app I hadn’t used I was charged over £20. I’ve emailed numerous times and no reply. They are totally scamming people. Do not use this app.

Total scam.. they ad says they can recover by just using a phone number and they lure you in, to then find out you need to download app on both phones and approve. My girlfriend had lost her phone so we tried this in desperation (paying) only to find out it was a lie

Ho scaricato l’app, ho pagato 2,99€, impossibile da utilizzare per trovare un telefono perso, ho disdetto il periodo di prova e mi hanno addebitato 29,99€ , o mi arriva immediatamente un rimborso oppure andrò alla polizia postale.

Ho scaricato l app xke al prezzo di 2,99 mi dava l opportunità di cercare il mio smartphone una vera truffa mi sono ritrovato altri 9,99 scalati nello stesso giorno e dopo 2 giorni altri 39,99 ora se non ritornate i soldi scatta la denuncia ho informato banca e polizia postale quindi attendo il rimborso

Cobro sin tener ni querer la app
No tengo la app instalada. Pagando anoche, día 13 de noviembre de 2025, la suscripción de otra app, me hacen el cargo de FAMIO. inmediatamente solicito cancelación al soporte que no entiendo como estaban mis datos, y pido el reembolso de 29. 99€. Me Dan de baja ellos a una suscripción que nunca formalice, y espero respuesta por el reembolso de algo que no pedí, No la tengo instalada y obviamente no la usaré.

Used app for one call-and used one time only. I did not ask for the monthly membership and know for a fact i declined it when it came up. I go to my bank account today and see i am charged the monthly fee. I DO NOT WANT THIS.I CANNOT FIND A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL U !!!!! NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME ASAP.

I subscribed Myfamio on 3Oth May 2025 for a few days for NGN5,262.40 and ended up with a monthly on 2nd June 3035 for NGN53,112.29, on 2nd July 2025 for NGN51,462.84, on 2nd August 2025 for NGN47,834.05, on 2nd Sept. 2025 for NGN47,834.05, on 2nd Oct. 2025 for 45,434.84, on 2nd Nov. 2025 forNGN43,515.49. I hadn’t the benefit of the use of the app ever and did unsubscribe early, but I am still billed to date. I deleted the app on my phone early in June. Please let me have a full refund urgently.

Famio app cancelled subscription impossible
They are not helpful at all they have took money every month dispute. Me saying I want to cancel it today another 22 pound. This has gone on for nearly a year they always said they couldn't find. My. Details. Now today they say I have a different email. And i need to log in to that to cancel how can you do that when it's not even my email a shocking fraudulent company that takes money random Amounts. And makes it impossible. To cancel i am contacting the fraud team of my bank now as there has been complete failure to cancel my. Subscription the support department of famio is non existing please please if you have also been scammed. Report. It to your bank.

Avoid this app
The functionality of this app has been oversold. However the main issue is that after several attempts to cancel the subscription famio are still charging my credit card. I have now raised these as disputed transactions. I have had no contact from Famio in response to my request to cancel.

Nachdem ich die Grundgebühr zur Herunterladung der App von 2,99€ gezahlt hatte, stornierte ich sofort das Abo-da die App nicht wie gewünscht funktionierte.
Mir wurden jetzt schon zum dritten Mal ohne Erlaubnis 29,99€ von der Kreditkarte abgezogen. Der Support ist schlichtweg eine Katastrophe. Ich werde die Firma jetzt bei der Polizei melden.
