Subscription trap: Cancellation impossible due to broken login! (Video proof)
I fell for the €2.99 trial trap. When I realized it would automatically turn into a €30/month subscription after three days, I immediately tried to cancel.
However, they use a very unfair tactic: The login portal on myfamio.com is completely defective. Neither the Google SSO nor the "Reset Password" function works. It is technically impossible to access the account to turn off the auto-renewal, exactly as their support instructs you to do.
I have recorded a video proving that the login page is completely non-functional. I have directly emailed their support to declare my immediate cancellation and revoked all payment authorizations. My bank has also been instructed to block any future charges.
Stay away from this service!

Hi again I've already complained. It's been one of my kids that's inadvertently clicked on this. This is a company I'd never heard of untill I seen it on my bank statement, I had to Google yous. My kids are 6 and 8 don't have phones. So why would I need a kid phone tracking app. If my money isn't returned I'll be taking this to social media thanks
