Estaba es una página web de Joinnus y ellos entran haciendo fishing y sin mi consentimiento ni sabiendo de que se trataba, rellene mi información pensando que era Joinnus. Inmediatamente me cargaron US 2.99 dólares. Informe de inmediato al banco en Perú y cancele mi tarjeta. Tienen una manera muy sutil de engañar y estafar a los clientes. No tengo app, no me inscribí en su página web, ,no figuro como suscriptora pero si te cobran inmediatamente. Son ladrones, embusteros, mal intencionados. Estoy paso el 22 de mayo en Lima Peru

I downloaded their app as I needed to use a car park, did not eventually use . I agreed for the initial fee to register, however 4 days later they took 31.98, unauthorised.
Absolute scam.

I used the web to locate my phone and it didnt help, tried to unsubscribe and couldnt, so they charged the subscription and I contacted support, they respond quickly and gave me a solution that I am pretty satisfied with. wont use the web or the app ever tho

I have had one of the easiest email transactions with this company I have ever had. I needed to resolve a subscription problem and the support were pro active, understanding and also apologetic!
As for the app itself I hadn’t used it enough to know if it is good or not.
But I believe any bad review would be due to the usual subscription issues you get online, which is not unique to this company.

Excellent Customer Support and Kind Service
Even though I didn’t get to use the app to its full potential, I had a very positive experience with Famio’s customer support team. I had an accidental payment issue, and they were quick to respond, understanding, professional, and very kind throughout the whole process. They treated me with respect and made everything much easier to handle. While I didn’t fully explore all the app features, the excellent customer service alone left a great impression on me. Thank you to the Famio team for being so helpful and compassionate.

Son unos ladrones. No sirve para nada. Te dicen que cuesta 2,99 euros. Y luego te llega un mensaje diciendo que tu cuota mensual son 29, 99euros. Que ladrones. Me di de baja y resulta que aparte de los 2,99 , me han cobrado 7, 50 euros. Osea 10 euros regalados. Es estafa

Trying to cancel from the moment I realized I don’t wanted anymore and they’ve been charging my bank account since. They are listed as scam company. Taking forever to cancel and even replacing my account info they got the new one through a token.. horrible experience.
